Education Charities

Our objects are the advancement of education and learning and the training of character in accordance with Christian principles and ideals. To do this NEA owns and operates a variety of centres in Great Britain, including halls of residence for students in higher education, clubs with study facilities for young people, vocational training centres, and venues for residential courses and seminars.

Educational provision for high needs students aged 19 - 25 years.

An Independent Preparatory Day School whose principal objective is the education of boys and girls aged 2 to 11. It is non selective and provides a stimulating environment in which pupils can develop, be happy and flourish. It offers a firm grounding in academic subjects with ample opportunities for sport, art, music, drama, extra curricular clubs and social development.

The charity is part of the Association of Camphill Communities and was established specifically dedicated to serving the needs of young people with learning difficulties over the age of 16, in their transition to adulthood by creating community through living, learning and working. The Mount is guided by the principles of Dr Karl Konig, and is based on anthroposophy inspired by Rudolf Steiner.

The objects of the charity are to advance education, particularly among young persons, and to relieve the need of unemployed persons by the provision of vocational and academic training connected with the horse racing, equestrian, agricultural, horticultural and their allied areas. The charity has two specific mission statements in its Corporate Plan.

The Charity's activity is that of the promotion and advancement of the Christian religion, the worship of God and the spreading of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in the UK and overseas.Specifically the Charity runs the Lions Programme which provides training for Christian Entrepreneurs and Big Sing Soul which provides choral support for schools, prisons and related disadvantaged groups.

Inclusion Hampshire supports disadvantaged young people within the local community. It operates as an Independent Special School in Basingstoke for young people aged 11-16 with SEN and mental health needs and, a College based in Hook which specialises in providing mental health support for young people that are aged 16 and over.

CATHOLIC INDEPENDENT SCHOOL CO-ED 3-18 YEAR OLDS (NURSERY TO 6TH FORM)

The charity pays an annual bursary grant to the Manchester Grammar School leaving the school responsible for the allocation of the grant between those pupils deemed to qualify.

Providing support to enable young Jewish adults with learning difficulties/disabilities to determine and maintain a lifestyle of their own choosing which affords dignity, fulfilment and individual status and maximises their potential for independence in the wider community.The Langdon Community achieves these objects through the delivery of Supported Living Services and an Employment Service.

To support the education and welfare of students, staff and former pupils at The Latymer School. This can include the provision of educational facilities at the School that would not otherwise be provided from public funds. The Foundation policies cover funding of capital costs and non-recurring revenue expenditure.

To advance the education of the public in the arts of ballet and contemporary dance, to promote further and higher education in, and knowledge, understanding and appreciation of, those arts and to promote research.
