Established in September 2012, the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund (CBF) is a regional Environmental Fund whose objective is to provide a sustainable flow of resources to support activities that contribute substantially to the conservation, protection and maintenance of biodiversity in the Caribbean.

Financing the establishment of a cross and stations on mountains The building of churches, community buildings & schools in the proximity of each mountain The establishment of small businesses for the benefit of local communities in the areas around each mountain Promotion of any movement to alleviate endemic povertyPromotion of re-use, re-cycling and up-cycling of waste materials.

WE PARTNER WITH THE MOST EFFECTIVE LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, INVESTING IN THEIR IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE, TO PROTECT ENDANGERED SPECIES, REDUCE HUMAN-WILDLIFE CONFLICT, FIND SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO PRESERVE CRITICAL HABITATS AND COMBAT THE GLOBAL DEMAND FOR ILLEGAL WILDLIFE PRODUCTS.

The Trust aims to achieve its objectives by funding work that includes education, scientific research, investigations and promoting sustainable development.In the medium to long term we are prioritising work in the areas of Climate change, Forests, and Oceans.We work closely with other Greenpeace entities around the world so as to maximise the impact of our charitable work.

Our mission is to champion wildlife and natural places, to engage and inspire people and to promote sustainable living. We are working to conserve and enhance Dorset's rich and varied wildlife, delivering conservation gains through our network of nature reserves and wildlife sites and by engaging with communities, working with landowners, farmers, local authorities, business and young people.

Blue Marine Foundation (BLUE) exists to combat overfishing and the destruction of biodiversity through the creation of large-scale marine reserves and by delivering new models of sustainable fishing.

TRAFFIC works to ensure that trade is not a threat to the conservation of nature. TRAFFIC actively monitors and investigates wildlife trade and advocates policy messages to diverse audiences worldwide. TRAFFIC International is the co-ordinating office of the TRAFFIC network with functions that include strategic direction, network operations, programme development and delivery, and communications

To promote and support the conservation, protection and improvement of natural habitats. To advance the conservation of all wild birds and other wildlife. To advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural environment to encourage others to practise the conservation of these natural habitats, wild birds and other wildlife.

The Trust exists to advance, promote and further conservation maintenance and protection of wildlife and its habitats, places of natural beauty, places of zoological, botanical, geographical, archaeological or scientific interest and features of landscape with geological, physiographical or amenity value in particular, but not exclusively in ways that further biodiversity.

For over 75 years we have been researching why species like the grey partridge, water vole, corn bunting and black grouse have declined. We are continually developing practical measures to reverse these declines.We are the only UK charity using science to promote game and wildlife management as an essential part of nature conservation.

The Community Forest Trust works to support the development of community forestry initiatives including City of Trees, The Mersey Forest, and White Rose Forest. Projects include mitigating climate change through the provision of high quality green infrastructure.

The Trust's principal activity during the year was the advancement of scientific knowledge, education and science in accordance with its charitable objectives.

OUR MAIN PROGRAMMES SUPPORT:WORLD DEVELOPMENT IN THE POOREST COUNTRIES (ALTHOUGH NOT DISASTER RELIEF) THE ENVIRONMENT, ESPECIALLY SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS IMPACTING CLIMATE CHANGE, CHILD DEVELOPMENT ESPECIALLY PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH AND MENTAL HEALTH AND FOR OUR OWN COMMUNITY, WE CAN ALSO SUPPORT A NUMBER OF PROJECTS IN WALES.

Education and promotion of sustainable resource use, energy efficiency and renewable energy to tackle the fuel poverty and to improve health, wellbeing and quality of life for all. Protection of the environment, relief of poverty and community regeneration through sustainable development solutions, training and delivery, to meet the needs of the present without compromising future generations.

The three main areas of activity are the management of nature reserves, conservation, and people and wildlife. All these activities aim to promote conservation and encourage sustainability in a wide audience.

In relation to its "Beneficial Area":1. To promote conservation, protection and improvement of the physical/natural environment.2. To implement recreation/leisure solutions which enhance social welfare in the community.3. To advance public education in environmental/sustainability issues.4. Via a social enterprise, contribute to wider national strategies on crime reduction.

TRAID is an environmental and poverty relief charity. TRAID reduces landfill through; the provision of textile recycling facilities, its charity shops and upcycled clothing. Funds raised go to environmental and textile related international development projects and TRAID's education programmes developed to gain greater recycling participation and empathy with the issues surrounding global poverty.

CSE's mission is to advance sustainable energy policy and practice. CSE seeks energy solutions that engage people and communities to meet real needs for both environmentally sound and affordable energy services. Ending the misery of cold homes and enabling action to tackle the threat of climate change are core objectives.Work is delivered in partnership with many agencies.

To advance the understanding of water management, leading to sustainable environmental improvement, and the understanding of rivers, their flora and fauna, based on integrated catchment management and the ecosystem approach. To promote rivers trusts at a national level; to provide support for emerging, new and established trusts on generic issues affecting rivers trusts.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY AND LOW CARBON TECHNOLOGIES (PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS) (INCLUDING, FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, PROVIDING BURSARIES TO THOSE WISHING TO PURSUE CAREERS IN THIS AREA
