Windsor Hill Wood is a family based community set in a woodland smallholding offering Christian hospitality to all regardless of race, religion or absence of religion, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability. All the tasks necessary for the community to function are shared by all who live there.

5 Nurseries, Primary School, Youth Club, food and school garden programme, Permaculture, HIV/AIDS counselling and business opportunities, sponsors Secondary pupils, supports albinoes and maternity hospitals. Teacher training. Training in radio journalism. Tailoring, building and catering training for adults with physical disabilities. Vocational training centre for school leavers. Prison visits.

Fund raising activities. Grants of money to The Yeatman Hospital, Sherborne, to improve hospital facilities and provide benefits to patients: redecoration, supplementary equipment and furniture, garden provision and maintenance, newspapers for patients, flowers, drinks machines, television services, supplementary therapies.

To carry out its objective Destiny Children aims to get all the children at Destiny Garden School sponsored, and, at £15 per month for each child, this will fully cover the running costs and the development of the school. The charity also holds fund raising events to supplement this income and help with the school's development.

Playgroup is situated within Ysgol Nant Y Groes, our setting has been especially designed for children between the ages of 2 to 4 years. Playgroup consists of two large rooms: one room for 2 year olds, one for 3to4 year olds, both rooms are designed to promote the Curriculum for Wales with clear learning areas defined. Our outdoor area includes a garden area and a well equipped play area

AVAEI is a local charity with over 150 members using its facilities, and many more visit us for social and sporting events. Indoor facilities include snooker, darts, table games, tv, and refreshments. Outdoor activities include workshops and a community garden. We hold monthly coffee mornings, regular social events, run excursions and welcome other groups wanting to use our extended Activity Room.

Lower Moss Wood is an educational nature reserve and wildlife hospital . It provides a place for schools, disabled visitors, environmental groups and others to come and learn about conservation and the environment. The wildlife hospital takes in any orphaned, sick or injured wild animal or bird for care. Lower Moss Wood is also a private nature reserve.

A heritage centre in renovated lock cottages next to Beeston Weir and The River Trent depicting life on the waterways and the history of the Beeston Cut. There is also a small gift shop, tea rooms and community garden with allotment plots which are to be used by local schools and beehives. Open all year round 7 days a week.

Herefordshire Meadows works to exchange knowledge and skills to conserve, restore and create flower rich grassland, encourage grazing systems for diverse swards and healthy soils, monitor diversity and abundance of flowers, grasses, insects, birds and other wildlife, promote the role of diverse swards in climate resilience and educate the wider public on all the benefits of native grasslands.

MV Community Centre provides a range of activities/events to improve the well being of all local residents and provide facilities in an area with none. Events include community fairs ,dog shows, retirement & youth clubs and for use by local groups. Major refurbishment of the existing building in 2018. Construction underway of a second larger building for use as a sports/activity hall due 9/22.

A Youth, Community and Arts Centre providing facilties for the recreation of the inhabitants of Stony Stratford and its environs. We offer rooms for hire - a hall, an additional ground floor activity/function room, further meeting rooms and a rehearsal studio. Our 2 Youth Clubs cater for ages 8 to 18. We have a Community Gardens Project in our rear grounds and also run community arts events.

The charity's work is:a) to raise funds to complete the Trent Vale Trail as a safe route for cyclists, walkers and, where possible for horsesriders and wheelchair users, to access the villages and nature reserves between Newark and South Cliftonb) to maintain and enhance sections of the Trail once bulit and to facilitate the Trail's use by people of all ages and abilities.

HU4 provides the residents of HU4 and Kingston upon Hull with the following activities; Warm space, community library, community cafe, food bank, community space, green space, craft sessions, debt advice, health advice, mum and tots sessions and older peoples sessions.

Early years education for pre-school children

Forest School SNPT aim to provide a unique alternative learning experience through interaction in woodlands to all age groups in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas.

The Trust owns these historic woodland gardens, listed Grade 2*, based on a design by Humphrey Repton which adjoin Antony House, Cornwall (a National Trust property), which are regularly open to the public. The gardens are also used for the purposes of research, with a view to furthering the study and science of botany and the improvement of the methods and practice of horticulture.

The community centre continues to be widely utilized by the community and neighbouring residents. The community centre hires out the main hall which accomodates up to 100 people, two meeting rooms for training and courses, a multi-purpose creche room. It also has two fully equipped kitchens, two storage rooms for equipment and a large garden to the side of the building.

Maintenance and management of Melbourne Hall gardens

Based in Letchworth Garden City we provide Sunday services & other meetings, in English & Chinese, for the worship of God & spiritual instruction of adults & children. Mid week & summer activities for children & teens; mid week activities for older folk. Work in schools with Special Educational Needs children. Pastoral care in the community and at the Yarl's Wood Immigration Centre. .

To raise money through various events held at The Steiner Academy Hereford to support the charities aims. These include class fundraisers such as cake stalls, a summer fair, cabaret etc and whole school events such as a summer Garden Festival and Advent Fair. We also support our school community by providing informative talks and practical support where needed.

Our object is to advance the education of the public in the subject of horticulture and horticultural practices. We aim to teach and learn about sustainable growing practices in the High Peak climate; share knowledge with our volunteers and visitors; support the aim of long term food security; and build and maintain an environment where all people are welcome,
