Caythorpe & Frieston Playing Field Committee is a management committee for the local playing field . We manage the field, play area and pavilion for Caythorpe & Frieston. We have both junior and senior football and cricket teams and run a series of fundraising events during the year. It is managed and run by volunteers.

The Cambrian Road Recreation Ground was originally bestowed to Tywyn by John Corbett Esq. in 1889. It is an open play area for young children. Conveniently situated in the town, it is within easy walking distance of most residential areas. It has an adjoning car park, which is free for those using the recreation ground.

The Sussex Bowling Club promotes the sport of Greens Bowling. We operate this outdoor activity from April to September at our bowling greens at Sussex Recreation Ground, Brereton Avenue, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire , DN35 8AB. We are a totally inclusive club and open to all of our community. Our Club provides free bowling and bowling tuition to all interested members of the public.
