Our Charity Activities include Sports & Recreation for Mother & Toddlers, Juniors, Seniors & the Elderly which include Football, Cricket, Netball, Five a side Football, Swimming for all ages, Ladies and Mens Bowls, Basketball, Model Aircraft Building and Flying, Outdoor Walkers, Boxing, Bridge and Several types of Dancing.

The purpose of the charity is to manage a new multi-use community centre (The Madeley Centre) providing local people of all ages with high quality, accessible and appropriate opportunities for leisure, learning and community activity, and generally improving rural life for everyone in the locality. The new Madeley Centre is now up and running since July 2011.

Community centre and sports club

The provision and the maintenance of the community centre and recreation ground for the use of the inhabitants of Dinnington, and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Developing an Arts Centre for Trowbridge and the surrounding area in the former Trowbridge Town Hall building; it is hired out for performance theatre; artists for studio residencies;also for art exhibitions, craft fairs, musical rehearsals & other community group events. An active Friends group supports the Trustees through voluntary activities including building tours & historical lectures.

Activities include: Food for all programme, nutritious take away, Credit Union, Advocacy Support, Job Search, Foodbank, Youthgroup, Pop up Ping Pong Parlour, Community Gardens, intergenerational learning, Dementia Cafe, Activities and free snacks for children and young people during school holidays, community gardening, partnership work with schools and other local groups.

The Charity aims to build a community centre or Hub on the Three Fields Site which was originally acquired by Monmouthshire County Council for the purpose of recreation and leisure.The building itself will provide a wealth of opportunities for individuals, groups and clubs and societies.

Provision of playing field facilities.

To provide the facilities of a community centre, including library and cafe in order to promote the advancement of educaton in the performing arts in all forms including film, music, theatre and talks.

Help and educate young people, in particular but not exclusively those with special needs, through educational and leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.

Providing naturist recreational facilities and maintaining ancient woodlands

Environment, conservation and heritage in respect of Balcarres House grounds and contents. In order to achieve its objects, the Charity is restoring and conserving the assets in its care, purchasing assets having a connection with Balcarres, lending works of art for exhibition, etc, and maintaining the house and gardens.

The main activities of the Charity are the management of a multi-purpose Community Centre in the Camden Central area of London Borough of Camden. From the Centre we provide a range of services to people of all ages, directly and in partnership with others. Our aims are to improve the quality of life of people living locally through the provision of responsive services and activities.

St Michael at the North Gate is a Church of England Parish Church and the City Church of Oxford. The Church provides Christian acts of worship, and offers the hospitality of the Church open daily and of the Parish Room for the use of a number of groups.

Tipton and Tividale Islamic Community Centre Provides Quranic & Islamic teachings to Muslim children and adults who cannot read Qur'an. Provides religious advice & guidance to individuals, particularly young boys and girls. Provides help/advocacy/advice and information. Centre is used as a focal point for social gatherings. Also provides Summer play schemes.

The purpose is the prevention and relief of poverty in and around the area of the High Peak Borough Council in Derbyshire. At present the activities consist of operating a food bank, wellbeing activities to improve or manage mental health, community eco-cafe, employability support, advice, signposting and work and skills training for job-seekers.

to stimulate interest and enthusiasm and educate the general public in zoology and other natural sciences by establishing and running one or more zoological gardens or similar scientific exhibitions to promote and carry out scientific study and research into natural history and related scientific fields, especially where such knowledge would help the conservation of species and habitats.

Burgh House is a cultural and community centre whose main activities are concerts; exhibitions by local artists and lectures; meetings of local groups, and the Hampstead Museum. It is open to the general public free of charge.The principal purposes of the CIO are to preserve Burgh House and its contents, and to protect and improve its amenities for the public benefit.

THE CHARITY RUNS A COMMUNITY CENTRE. A FREE INTERNET CAFE OPEN FROM 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM 7 DAYS A WEEK. ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT ARE AVAILABLE. A RANGE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES FOR RESIDENTS, HALL HIRE, AND TRAINING COURSES RUN DAILY. THE PROBATION HUB OPERATES FROM THE CENTRE TWO DAYS A WEEK. OUR COMMUNITY KITCHEN IS USED TO COOK DONATED FOOD FOR LOCAL PEOPLE WITH FOODBANK VOUCHERS

Provision of fully equiped fitness suite, 3rd generation artificial football pitch, sports hall and community rooms etc., working closely with SAFC Foundation for football development and working in partnership with the Library Service and Sunderland City College to provide sporting, recreational and educational opportunities for the people of Washington.

The Charity's objectives are to use the property situated in Totteridge for the general benefit of the residents of Totteridge by providing a facility to enable:-The provision of a general meeting place for residentsThe provision of facilities for educational purposesThe provision of facilities for health & fitness purposesTo promote Community Fellowship

Plant Heritage is the accreditation body for the National Plant Collection Scheme, responsible for cultivated plant conservation. It is also responsible for the Threatened Plants Project, the only research project investigating the availability of cultivated plants in the UK. Plant Heritage was formerly known as The National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens (NCCPG).

COMMUNITY CENTRE

Provision of Christian Worship for parishioners, including Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals. Serving the community through a Cafe and Shop. Supporting local schools in the provision of Religious Education. Providing pastoral care for people of all ages. Helping people to understand the Christian faith. Teaching about Marriage and Parenting through courses. Exploring the meaning of the Bible today.
