To provide a Community Centre for many activities within the local community in the Borough of Stockton on Tees.

The provision and maintenance of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Draycott and neighbourhood without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

For use of inhabitants of the Parish of Mountfield and surrounding areas as a meeting place for village activities and recreations, such as parish council, social club, horticultural society, blind club, community transport, painting classes, dancing classes, birthday parties, wedding receptions, funeral wakes, fund raising activities.

Our community centre provides:- Monday 1000 Yoga Class, 1300 Circle Dance, 1930 Badminton. Tuesday 1000 Ladies Keep Fit, 1400 Tea Dance, 1900 Carpet Bowls. Wednesday 1000 Art Class, 1415 Ladies Club, 1900 Ballroom Dancing. Thursday 1000 Yoga Class, 1400 Carpet Bowls, 1930 Table Tennis. Friday 1400 Carpet Bowls, 1900 Sequence Dancing. Plus Saturday evening dances and carpet bowls social evenings.

The hall is hired out to Pre-school group, Cricket clubs, Probus, Woodmancote Society, Indoor Bowling club, Scouts, Cubs, Guides and Brownies etc., Dog handling, Women's Institute, Bishops Cleeve U3A, parties, village events, and the Parish Council meet monthly.

Community Centre for hire to organisations for the benefit of young people

We Have a large Hall for hire we can provide facilities for conferences, parties weddings etc and Smaller hall for smaller activities.Many local community groups use our hall for their activities, such as Art Groups,Dancing,Drop in coffee morning,Photography Club, Samsen Club for our senior residents to get together,Brownies,and Indoor Bowls Club. We also have a Post Office twice a week.

Provides:- accommodation in nine almshouses, for local, elderly people in need; 39 plots/allotments for local people. Football field for East Bergholt Junior F.C.

Sports & Recreation

The charity acts as the management committee in running and administering the village hall, changing rooms and sports facilities at Shalford for the benefit of the local community

Located two miles from Bishops Stortford and 10 miles from Ware in Hertfordshire, Little Hadham Village Hall serves both the local and wider community. Traditional village hall activities are very much a part of what we do alongside promoting health and well-being and we work with outside agencies to help us do this. Refurbishment projects are ongoing and vital to secure the future of the hall.

LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH INCLUDING A MAIN HALL FOR THESE PURPOSES WITH KITCHEN AND TOILET FACILITIES AND CAR PARKING AND A GRASS RECREATIOAL AREA OUTSIDE

To provide accommodation and facilities for hire, for Clubs, Community Classes, Amateur Rehearsals with the use of a stage, Weddings and other significant life events, Parties and Other local activities, all for the benefit of the local community.

We operate a community centre and sports hall that is available for the whole community to use.

To provide and maintain a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Colnbrook and the neighbourhood, including use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation.

Colliers Wood Community Centre is for the use of the Community Association which was formed to promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Colliers Wood and the neighbourhood.

Community Centre for the use of voluntary organisations and local inhabitants, in a common effort to promote advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation.

Gittisham hall is hired out for various public events: Weddings, parties, folk dance club & meetings by various groups. As a charity we hold social events for surrounding areas such as Gittisham, Gittisham Vale & Honiton. Holding Pantomime, season events such as Burns Night, Fete's. These events are attended by various ages. The hall is our main place to gather in our village.

To provide recreation and leisure facilities for the inhabitants of Wivelsfield and its neighbourhood and a suitable venue for playgroup, clubs and societies. Main activities are to run the village hall together with the recreation ground, sports pavilion and annexe, children's play area and car park.

Provision of rooms and facilities for hire to local and private users in the Frenchay district of Bristol and beyond. Occasional use as a blood donor centre and polling station for local and general elections.

Support and maintain a recreation ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parishes of High and Low Bentham in the County of North Yorkshire.

Providing a centre [snooker hall], recreation hall, kitchen and office for young people [scouts, guides, brownies etc for whom facilities are provided free] and a meeting place for social gatherings as well as to provide assisted holidays and outings to the seaside for the elderly inhabitants of the area.

The village hall continued to be used for the benefit of the community and to run social events and educational courses for the community. We operate an inclusive policy and wish the building to be used by all in the community to benefit themselves and others.

Provision of Village Hall for numerous local activities
