SMVCA currently administer the village hall facility, providing local groups, organisations and individuals with a facility to hold their meetings, classes or events. We also organise social events for the benefit of all parishioners and the surrounding area.

Operation and running of Community Centre in the Village of Langham.

TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE VILLAGES OF GREAT AND LITTLE BEALINGS. HALL USED BY LOCAL CLUBS AND ORGANISATIONS.REFURBISHED PLAYING FIELD WITH NEW MULTI-SPORT PITCH.

We are a community centre where local groups hold their meetings and events and are available for private hire. We also hold our own events for fund raising.

The Henley Youth Centre building was sold in July 2015. The Trustees intend to fulfil the charity's objectives by investing the proceeds of the sale and using the income from the investments to fund youth work within Henley and have already began to make grants to charities and projects that meet this criteria.

Provision of village hall facility for residents use

Provision and maintenance of hall and facilities for use by local and other clubs/groups (all ages) and family celebrations, fund raising etc. Large hall (max 150), meeting room (30), disabled access/toilet. Large kitchen, bar available. Parking 50 adjacent hall, easy access M5 Gloucester South J12.

Administration, maintenance and fundraising for the building known as Little Yeldham Village Hall, including hire for events and clubs.

Village Hall. Two halls available for hire. One large hall with a stage, and one small hall.Kitchen and toilet facilities, small garden, and car park.

Management of Spondon Village Hall, improve the general appearance of the village through our sub-committee - the Village Improvement Committee (VIC), and provide a focus for issues appertaining to the village and taking appropriate action as necessary, mainly through liaison with the City Council's Neighourhood Board.

King Edward's Hall is a facility that is available for hire by either individuals, groups or institutions, for the purpose of private functions, indoor sport, public/private meetings, educational purposes and for use by Local authorities as a polling station etc.In addition the trustees organise a variety of events, including theatre, light entertainment, cinema, themed events

Administration and upkeep of Village Facilities

Recreation Ground

Give donations to various Village organisations. Give donations to Students to help with their education. Give a Xmas Gift to widow/widowers within the Parish. There are some allotments which we let to tenants and we own a house which we rent out.

TO PROVIDE SPACE FOR ALL VILLAGE ACTIVITIES

Badminton, Table Tennis, Art. Bridge, Yoga, Zumba, Ballet, Ballroom Latin and Scottish Dancing, Cornhole, Public meetings and AGM's for community groups, Karate, Thai Chi, Cardiac Fitness, Lunch Club for over 55's, Pilates, Floral Club, Horticultural Shows, Festival events, Parish Council Events, Craft Fayres, Childrens clubs, Children's parties, Private Events. Community events.

A multi functional village hall with a large hall, smaller hall and committee room for hire. The hall has a newly refurbished stage area with good lighting and sound equipment, a catering kitchen with crockery for 100 approx. place settings.Set in the heart of its village community, it provides affordable venue for many different kinds of activities. The hall is D.D.A compliant with carpark.

Use of Turton Tower for any or all of the following purposes:museum, library, reading room, meeting room or offices for the work of the Trustees, or a public park or recreation grounds, or such other public purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time determine

The provision of facilities for the community of the village and surrounding areas. Facilities offer educational events from pre-school to the elderly. E.G. slimming, fitness, karate, badminton, football, dance, crafts, WI, AA, music, wellness, floristry, weddings, and parties. Also used for local Parish Council meetings, conferences and public charity events. Facilities disabled/baby friendly.

The charity runs the Parish Hall on behalf of the community.

To provide facilities to local organisations eg badminton-drama, WI T.WG's horticultural society - groups, AA, senior cits, curious arts.

To develop and run a Village Hall / Resource Centre

Provides open space/sports facilities for rugby & football for the local community.
