We exist to improve the quality of life for those with Cystic Fibrosis through nationwide fundraising.We provide grants to enable:Emotional Support.Provide food and energy vouchers.Fund hospital travel costs.Provide vital medical and exercise equipment.Fund education and vocational fees for CF adults. Parent Club delivers Kitchen Clubs, where parents with pre-school children meet to prepare and share healthy, easy to cook food. They are designed to improve mental wellbeing through supporting parents to make new connections, learn new skills and make a positive contribution. Improved skills in healthy eating and parenting are also key outcomes. We currently work across North-East London.

When we all work together, we all can win. We have set out to change the lives of people in and around Consett, an area which has a suicide rate 37.5% higher than the national average. We help to create happier, healthier and more cohesive communities. We provide safe spaces where all community members can positively advance their lives, including their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

To provide information, advice and holistic support to anyone with a life-changing illness or long-term condition who lives in East Suffolk and neighbouring parts of Mid Suffolk and South Norfolk, and to families and carers. Services and support are provided from the Pear Tree Centre in Halesworth, or by telephone, online and in the home.

We provide affordable accessible transport services in the BCP area to get vulnerable communtiy members to their vital medical, hospital and selfcare appointments and well as offer social outing trips, and through this promote social inclusion, independent living and a sense of community. We also offer hire of mobility equipment whilst shopping at Castlepoint Shopping Centre and on longer loan.

Our church has recently registered as charity and has been working hard to achieve the charities purposes ,so fare we have work with local hospital to donate blood with our volunteer to do fundraising to help our charity.We have also done get together community lunch and feed about 200 people?s came to us for Christmas lunch. We have printed t-shirts and key rings and sold that in our event.

Counselling services - Burnley, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale area

VIA aims to run adventurous fund raising events and expeditions for those who have suffered they symptoms of PTSD or those who find it difficult to adjust to civilian life after serving in HM Forces.

Providing Counselling services and Counsellor Training in West Sussex and Hampshire

We use sport and social activities to help disadvantaged and/or minoritized people and communities of all ages to have better physical and mental health. Sports and activities provided include badminton, basketball, table-tennis, football, organised walks, stretching and wellbeing exercises. Activities mostly take place in Westminster, Wandsworth, and Kensington & Chelsea.

The prevention and relief of poverty among migrant domestic workers and their dependants living (temporarily or permanently) in the UK by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare and legal advice; andTo preserve and protect the physical and mental health of migrant domestic workers and their dependants living (temporarily or permanently) in the UK.

Haven Home Care provides domiciliary personal care to older people within the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board area. We provide social support and personal care for people with physical limitations/ disabilities, mental health problems or sensory loss / impairment, and the elderly mentally infirm. We work closely with health and social care to provide effective, integrated services.

We are a Deaf and Disabled Peoples Organisation DDPO, run by and for Deaf and Disabled People and carers in Bromley and neighbouring boroughs. We enable local Disabled People to fully understand our rights, develop collective pride and build skills in self advocacy and strong civic participation. We challenge discrimination and break down barriers to independence and inclusion.

Plasma of Hope is a UK registered charity supporting individuals that are living with Sickle Cell Disease or other related illnesses. We advocate for people living with genetic blood disorders such as Sickle Cell and Thalassemia, and survivors of associated complications including stroke and other health issues resulting to disability. We also help their carers and those in their support network.

Bolton Advice Centre is a community-based charity which provides guidance, help, information or advice on a wide range of issues, including;Benefits,Disability,Housing issues,Homelessness,Advocacy and advice for people with sensory impairment or loss,Help for released offenders,Debt,Immigration issues,Poverty,

Support includes help with debts, food, parking, toys, grants, respite, trauma therapy, bereavement care, sibling support, specialist equipment, clothing, medicine storage, and signposting. We also offer gifts, extra magic experiences, and campaign for change, therefore easing burdens for families facing childhood cancer.

Phoenix Health and Wellbeing support the needs of people affected by mental, emotional or physical health issues to promote their good health and wellbeing. This support is in the form of talking and complementary therapies and by providing information and support. Phoenix Health and Wellbeing will also provide information and training to other professionals involved in this field.

The activities of the church range from regular meetings on Sundays for praise & worship of God, provision of children's and youth classes to help understand the Christian gospel, advice & support for struggling parents in the community, debt counselling and emergency food aid.

Poetic Unity is a Black-led charity that empowers children and young people to thrive through poetry-based education, employment, social justice and mental health support across the UK. Based in Brixton, Poetic Unity offers a service by the community, for the community, predominantly supporting young people of Black and mixed-Black heritage, aged 10-30 years old.

Aspirations Day Program offers women only service supporting women with multiple disadvantages and complex needs, including addiction, homelessness & have experienced violence & sexual violence women caught up in prostitution or living with mental health & leaving prison. We also offer a abstinence based 12 week recovery program for men & women recovering from all forms of addiction.

Community-led services that aim to support blind and partially sighted people in North Staffordshire to increase independence, build confidence and reduce isolation. We do this through the provision of advice and information, support with applications and forms, equipment and technology demonstrations, accessible social activities and peer support opportunities.
