Provision and upkeep of community hall for use by all members of the village and surrounding area, thus enhancing the community life of the inhabitants of Trefeglwys by providing communal facilities and promoting community projects of a charitable nature.

To record and illustrate the history of the town and waterway of Milford Haven. To promote the education of Milford Haven history to local schools and colleges.

Activities include an active and wide ranging programme of events in the pursuit of scouting principles; a badge shop selling badges and associated items to scout groups; the maintenance and upkeep of Scammonden Activity Centre, which provides the opportunity for youth groups and commercial organisations to stay at the Centre; and a shop at the Activity Centre selling stationery and refreshments.

Payment of grants to registered charities operating in the West Country. Charities with a medical bias. Charities concerned with nature conservation and preservation of historic buildings. Charities concerned with the care of the elderly. Charities concerned with the saving of life and the improvement of the quality of life of the handicapped. The Trustees have complied Section 4-Charity Act 2006

The objects of the society shall be the encouragement of army historical research, and the promotion and maintenance of regimental and military traditions including:- a) Research, (b) Quarterly Publication of a Journal contaning original articles, military manuscripts and other material, advice and encouragement to those interested including students, and a lecture programme

HALL HIRE VENUE

To develop and enhance the facilities in the Village Hall for the use of the communities in Pyford and Woking

The administration, maintenance and upkeep of Chilham village hall for use in accordance with the objects set out in the constitution.

Funds historical and archaeological research with grants to volunteer groups, schools, museums and academic/professional researchers. Operates a website with accessible heritage information. Support local historical societies in studying the historical environment. Holds study days, lectures and visits. Publishes a respected annual journal, plus books and other publications.

To operate an industrial heritage museum that preserves and exhibits a wide range of engines/pumps/artefacts used in the water industry in Herefordshire and Wales. Many engines are regularly shown fully working (in-steam). The Museum provides educational services and guided tours can be provided for schools and community groups. The Museum may be hired for community meetings and functions.

To collect, preserve and display items relating to the History of the Regiment and to provide information to the public

The education of the public by promotion, support, assistance and improvement of the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, through the activities of a group of Friends.

The provision and maintenance of a unique community facility which is Pickering Memorial Hall. This provides a dynamic focal point for all local charities, businesses and the people of Pickering, at minimal non profit making cost to users.

The North Devon Athenaeum provides resources and advice to the general public on local and family history within the North Devon and West Country area. The North Devon Athenaeum holds and maintains extensive collections of local and general interest books, as well as historical documents about local and family history.

The charity manages a countryside centre and tea room in an historic local barn, moved from the site of the Channel Tunnel complex, housing local historic artefacts and information. It also manages an adjacent museum dedicated to the Elham Valley Line Railway, housing many rail based artefacts and the English half of the original model from the Channel Tunnel Exhibition Centre.

The park contains a range of facilities for visitors and users including grass sport football and cricket (grass and sytnthtic). Multi Use Games Area, large children's Play Area, fishing pools, Youth Shelter, community pavilion, outdoor gym equipment, historical features, and network of footpaths for walking. The park friends group organises a range of activites/events throughout the year.

Restores maritime relics, arefacts and ship's fittings

The object of the Kent County Association Of Change Ringers Bell Restoration Fund is to advance the Christian religion by providing financial assistance to churches in the county of Kent or that part of London formerly in the county of Kent for the purpose of maintaining and improving their bell installations by the making of grants from the fund.

To provide a village hall or other community building and associated open space for the benefit of all the residents of Ellel Parish, Lancashire, and the surrounding area.

Magic Lantern runs interactive art history workshops in schools and a range of adult groups including prisons, homeless centres and hospices. We show that anyone can understand and enjoy art. We also show how art can enhance and bring to life any curriculum subject or topic and can help develop a range of life skills including problem solving, critical thinking, communication and confidence.
