Newbiggin Arts Centre's objective is to advance education in Art and Crafts for the local community; in particular, but not exclusively, by providing tuition and art/craft facilities.

The Trust owns and manages Bogan House, an important grade 1 listed building located in the centre of Totnes, which houses the Devonshire collection of period costume and provides rooms for meetings, classes etc. The trust also makes grants towards the costs of local community organisations and events.

PRESERVING HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION FOR RESEARCHERS AND MODELLERS.

To provide a Hindu place of worship and a forum for scholarly discussions of the Hindu philosophy. To conduct and sponsor religious, spiritual, charitable, educational, social and cultural activities for the benefit of the Hindu community. To preserve and embellish Hindu traditions, cultural heritage,and to teach its younger members the history and development of the Hindu philosophy and religion.

The charity operates The Judge's Lodging Museum, a restored Victorian courthouse and accommodation for visiting judges. It also houses a substantial local history collection. It exists to interpret and preserve these, actively collects related objects and has a range of educational services, displays and events to support them. It also runs the town's Tourist Information Centre.

The British Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies promotes the study of all aspects of eighteenth-century cultural history. The society publishes the Journal for Eighteenth-Century Studies four times a year. It organises a major conference in Oxford every January and a postgraduate conference in the summer. It is affiliated to the International Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies.

Botanic Garden. Science-led centre for education and wellbeing. 2 acres of natural habitat featuring 700 medicinal plants signposted with medicinal use, science, history and folklore. For general public, community, groups, schools, colleges and universities. Educational courses and workshops. Garden for wellbeing programme. Volunteering. The Trust makes grants to organisations to help with the costs of maintenance and repairs of places of worship and provides advocacy, advice and information to applicants about other sources of funding which may be available.

To provide a museum and local history library collection covering the county of Huntingdonshire.

To promote the study and extend the knowledge of natural history and human history in all their branches.To further these aims by carrying on the museum at Saffron Walden(founded in 1834) and arranging lectures, demonstrations and other activities from time to time, both within the museum and elsewhere.

Operates a museum of Public Road Passenger Transport of over 140 buses, coaches and ancillary vehicles, with related artefacts and documents. Activities include restoration and maintenance of historically significant vehicles, exhibition of these at public and civic events throughout West Yorkshire, providing accommodation and acting as a clearing house for technical and historical information.

The Boa Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works in alliance with indigenous communities to preserve and protect sacred land, culture and ancient wisdom.We focus on indigenous-led projects including strategic land buybacks, restoration of native ecosystems, reforestation, cultural exchange and sustainable living solutions.

Provide a venue for a pre school group, Brownies, fitness, sports and social groups, plus a conference room for local organisations. A mobile library uses the site car park.Available for private hire - all proceeds go to the upkeep of Hall. Funds are raised through grants, user groups, Hall bookings, events provided by the Hall, and donations.

The Trust's works embraces the whole range of habitat conservation and restoration, breeding and release programmes for genetic sustainability, research into wild populations and education available to all to raise awareness of threatened owl species and their habitats.On-site facilities are maintained to provide treatment and rehabilitation for sick and injured owls and other wildlife.

To advance arts, culture and heritage in Princes Park and the surrounding areas of Liverpool 8 for public benefit through the installation of a memorial to Nelson Mandela and a series of educational programmes promoting diversity.
