To advance education in, and promote the study of, German history, including the history of German-speaking lands by organising events, producing and disseminating publications, fostering academic links, and providing relevant grants, bursaries and prizes.

We are a church in Whitley, South Reading. We also run a community project with a number of groups and activities, including providing a venue for other local churches to meet, development courses, emergency food parcels. We also host a gardening project.

Our activities: 1. fundraising to purchase, restore and preserve the Mint House, Pevensey, as a Tudor Museum and local Heritage Centre. 2. fundraising for the provision of community charitable activities to include groups traditionally excluded from heritage, 3. fundraising for building, historical, archaeological and artwork surveys for the education and benefit of the community.

To develop and enhance the facilities in the Village Hall for the use of the communities in Pyford and Woking

We hold Regular worship services 3 times a week, outreach, home studies and fellowship activities relating to the learning and furthering of the gospel of Jesus Chist. Our programmes are all aimed at involving our regular congregation and have an emphasis toward welcoming local visitors. Our hope is to restore moral values founded upon and obtained through faith in the word of God.

King Edward Mine is a Cornish tin mine site, now a museum, one of only two complete sites left in the world. There is working machinery to demonstrate the processing of ore to tin concentrate, a shop, cafe and 22 acres to explore. The site has been run by volunteers since in 1987. The site is open to visitors from April until Sept each year, see www.kingedwardmine.co.uk for information.

Out of the residue of net yearly income to pay in respect of the clergy an amount agreed by the trustees. To pay either to the Parochial Church Council or directly any charges lawfully incurred in the maintenance and repair and insurance of the fabric of the parish church of All Saints, North Street. If in any year the whole of the said residue is not applied it shall be accumulated to form a fund

Family History Society operating a library of Norfolk Genealogical Resources at Kirby Hall in Norwich, doing research, producing a quarterly magazine, The Norfolk Ancestor, and providing an online database for research purposes

The Trust manages the Wilderspin National School, focused on the life of Samuel Wilderspin, which has museum status and is an educational, heritage and community centre for the people of Barton, visitors, schools and educational historians. The Trust also manages The Joseph Wright Centre, the former Salvation Army Citadel next door, which is being developed into a venue for the performing arts.

For the advancement of education in classical music by the provision of grants or bursaries toward the cost of public professional performances, training or education in music, the development, upkeep and maintenance of venues providing such performances in Exeter and it's surrounding districts

To promote, for the benefit of the public, the restoration, conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the North Walsham and Dilham Canal and its canal corridor.

To advance the education of the public in the history and development of Merseyside area road transport and to preserve, for the benefit of the public, historic or potentially historic road passenger transport vehicles,equipment and other associated items from the same area

Essentially the Trust operates the Llandudno Museum and also has the powers to provide educational facilities at the Museum.

For the public benefit, to advance the arts and advance the education of the general public in the history and heritage of Caistor. In particular by the provision of arts and heritage engagement activities, providing opportunities for learning and development for the benefit of Caistor and the wider community, proactively reaching out to those who are disadvantaged or hard to reach.

Bumble Hole visitor centre is run by volunteers & raises funds by sales of drinks & snacks to the public, boaters, walkers, cyclists & local school pupils. Conservation & educational events include planting days, bat nights, bird-box making, heritage trails, school visits, canal boat trips & local history talks. Visitors with disabilities can access heritage trails designed for their needs.

To restore Moulton Mill to full wind power thus preserving the milling heritage of the fens and the tallest mill in the United Kingdom

To educate the public regarding the culture, history and development of the local fishing community and seafront heritage through the management of a public museum, outdoor area and gallery with a collection of artefacts, images, historical documents and informative public displays for the benefit of the public. We run training programmes in oral history techniques, run a website, publish a journal, run a regional network, offer advice, run an annual conference, act as a focal point for oral history and deal with ethical issues, archiving and technical developments for dissemination.

The Charity of Boughton Monchelsea Village Hall & Recreation Ground is run by a Committee which meets bi-monthly at the Village Hall premises. It is the aim of the Charity to further the maintenance and repair of the village hall and its recreation ground to the benefit of the community Boughton Monchelsea.
