The 1st Britwell Scout Group provides a range of activities in line with the Scout Association's training programme. Our membership is boys and girls between the ages of 6 to 14 years.These activities are varied, some examples are: camping, hiking, water and team building.

Involved in district planning matters, Local Heritage List, heritage tree-planting, guided walks in summer.Monthly guest speakers on matters of local interest, during winter.Encouraging and enabling public engagement on matters of local planning and Sense of Place.Organise improvement initiatives: Beeston Street Art, Light Night, Design Awards, Skateboarding, and biodiversity in nature.

Upwell is a small rural village with limited public transport to near by towns the committee provide open space play area, sporting areas for all ages and abilities of the community are welcome, the committees main aim is to provide a modern facility for community use. The committee is totally reliant on community support/funding for all financial aspects in running the playing field.

Provide entertainment for local, regional and national residents.And contesting and providing tuition where possible.The band regularly performs at Fetes and Old People's Residential Homes

For the public use for sport, education and recreation.

Avening Village Hall

The purpose of The Nottingham Education Trust is advance the education of young people, under the age of 21 and permanently resident in the City of Nottingham to pursue activities outside of their formal education, particularly in Music & the Arts, the Sciences, Languages, Travel & Cultural Experience, Sports & Outdoor & Adventurous pursuits, who would otherwise not have the opportunity.

Used for meetings, classes, lectures, badminton, line dancing, yoga, shortmat bowls, ladies club,film shows, dances, quiz nights

The hall is regularly used by Sweetpeas playgroup, Yeoford Primary School, Yeoford Yarns (a sewing group), an art class and fitness classes. The hall hosts regular fundraising events for community projects, including Beer Festivals, Art Exhibitions, Christmas Fairs etc, and is also available for hire by the community for parties, rehearsal space, or other events.

Management of village hall, recreation ground and associated facilities, to provide benefits in accordance with the governing trust deed.

Weekly section meetings, camping, hiking, all helping to develop the spiritual, physical and mental well being of the young person.

MANAGES THE VILLAGE HALL TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR ACTIVITIES

To provide a place for the meeting of people in the parish for educational, entertainment, moral and spiritual uses.

The Hall is an important facility in the Community. There is a main hall, with stage and a kitchen. Regular users, keep fit, street dance, Zumba and Zumba Gold, health, puppy training, martial arts, and a social group, an elderly peoples luncheon club. It is popular for birthday parties. It has a modern kitchen, disabled access and toilet, single gender toilets, 45 solar panels & small car park.

Provides sport and leisure for residents of Stamford Bridge and District :-The Association consists of Cricket, Football, Bowls, Tennis, and Netball Clubs, for Seniors and Juniors, plus a Social Club.

A village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Hartland in the County of Devon. Without distinction of political religious or other opinions including use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

East Knoyle village hall is for all the community to be used for social and recreational purposes. It is available for rental by both residents and non residents for weddings, special events, meetings, concerts etc.

The object of the ecclesia is to meet for worship, fellowship, Bible study, preaching, teaching and recreation. Sunday School and youth activities are arranged for our own children and are also open to the public. Booklets and materials used for our Bible education events are offered free of charge to the general public.

By associating together the said inhabitants and local authorities,voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare,and recreation.

The Idmiston Parish Memorial Hall Committee, manage and maintain the Idmiston Parish Memorial Hall for the inhabitants of Idmiston Parish, incorporating the villages of Idmiston, Porton and Gomeldon by providing facilities for meetings, lectures, classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation.

To provide a hall & accommodation in safe & secure surroundings, storage facilities & acceptable health & safety standards. Hire costs at level local residents have affordable facilities for young people. Scouts, dancing school facilities, Womens Institute, Crayford camera club & keep fit for elderly etc. Safe parking, good heating & lighting, & emergency equipment & guide lines. In addition to se
