The main activities of the Charity are facilities and services for education, support, training, recreation and leisure time occupation for children and young people resident in Balsall Heath and the surrounding area, and where appropriate the remainder of the community, including: the establishment and management of environmental projects, health services, family support services, community etc.

Northamptonshire Sport works together with local and national partners to get people in Northamptonshire More Active, More Often. Our focus is on reducing inactivity levels particularly for those people who are least likely to be active and most likely to be affected by health inequalities.

Residential care provision for young adults with learning disabilities, located in rural village communities. The Charity has four care homes, plus a transition home for challenging needs. An Independent Preparatory Day School whose principal objective is the education of boys and girls aged 2 to 11. Achieve Lifestyle provides leisure services and facilities for the local residents of Runnymede, this includes the recreation, amateur sport, leisure and social activities of all ages and abilities. We promote good health through community participation in healthy outreach.

We organize training and volunteering opportunities for people of all age groups.
