Market Overton Village Hall provides a base for the local community, regular users include Free Church, Sewing Classes, Yoga, Art Class, Slimming World, Snooker Club & Cottesmore Village Players. Also a venue for village functions & private parties.

Harrisons is an old miners welfare formed 100 years ago. It provides sports facilities, in particular a bowling green and football pitches, together with a licenced club house where members meet for social occasions. There is a children's adventure playground.

6TH FALMOUTH SEA SCOUTS ARE A ROYAL NAVY AFFILIATED SCOUT GROUP FOCUSING ON SEAMANSHIP AND SAILING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MONTHS AND LAND BASED SCOUTING IN THE WINTER. COMPRISING CUBS, SCOUTS AND EXPLORERS ALL OF WHOM DEVELOP PERSONAL SKILLS THROUGH TEAM WORK AND EXPERIENCE THROUGH THE CHALLENGES DEVELOPED BY WATER AND LAND BASED ACTIVITIES.

The hall is used by a wide range of organisations, from our local community, from the brownies, WI, yoga classes, indoor bowls, ochestra rehersal, C of E use it for meetings, the J Wittness use it twice weekly for services. Its also held for wedding receptions, dinner parties and the like. Our local council use it for elections and meetings.

The provision and maintenance of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Chailey without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The management of Mapledurham Recreation Ground including the pavilion thereon

Our Charity promotes the development of young people from the inner city areas of Birmingham & Sandwell in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme and in accordance with the principles, ethos and practices of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC)

The Trustees provide a recreation ground for use of parishioners, visitors and sporting clubs.

Supply of facilities to local community including sports and youth activities, historical and craft societies, social functions such as birthday and anniversary parties, fund raising functions including quiz nights, discos and bands, rent of hall for local toddlers group and to auction house.

Provides focal point for social, educational, sporting and recreational activities for the village of Wickhambrook and a further nine villages within a five mile radius.

Active participation in the community, locally and within The Scout Association. Participation in team and individual sporting activities. Attendance at local church. Discussions on various subjects including site visits. Outdoor activities including camping, sometimes internationally. Group and individual instructions and advice to enable members to gain badges in varied subjects.

The club exists to enable disabled people to benefit from swimming therapy; amongst our disabled members we number those who have suffered strokes, heart operations, back injuries, amputations, multiple sclerosis, visual handicaps and arthritis, as well as to endeavour to provide assistance to disabled persons to gain access to swimming facilities.

The hall is hired by the W.I.and Yoga classes and Freemasons aand an elderly persons club

Football & Public Open Space

To provide accommodation without distinction for the inhabitants of Welford, Sulby and Elkington for meetings, educational and recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

Sport, keep fit, social activities, children's and young peoples' activities, meetings.

To help and educate boys and girls through their leisure time and activities so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities.

Management of Moulsoe Millennium Hall

To provide recreational sporting activities for the village and surrounding area.

The Charity provides a large community hall for the use of local residents for meetings, training events, activity classes such as Dog Training and Kick Boxing, local community activities such as luncheon club, parties and weddings.

The charity operates a village hall which is used as a place of recreation, amusement and social intercourse by the inhabitants of Walton on the Hill and the surrounding district.

The club is established to provide facilities for recreation or leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life of the community in Darton and surrounding areas.

RECREATION SPACE

The hall is the gift of Rev G Mullins. The management team are local volunteers. The facilities for hirers include kitchen & catering equipment, tables & chairs, electric heating is installed, disabled accessible, the hall fronts a grassed field for outdoor events or marquee, or parking of cars, available for private hire, weekly events, keep fit classes, meetings, social events.
