Activities of the Club are the provision of facilities for kayaking, canoeing and paracanoe from its base at Whitlingham Boathouse, Norwich. The Club's activities include all inclusive training and coaching for Sprint and Marathon flatwater racing, providing equipment where necessary for all ages, abilities with an additional focus upon the para canoe sector.

Learn Achieve Become (L.A.B) works across the world, providing free education and sports projects in areas of high need. The Shaw Lane Foundation is a registered charity that supports the local community by providing and managing facilities and providing activities, and projects. The charity is based at and is responsible for the management of Shaw Lane Community Sports Centre. The charity has a particular interest in supporting disadvantaged groups and people based in the Barnsley area.
