Providing sports and recreation facilities in the village of Uley

Our Scouting provides Activities each week for young people from the ages of 6years to 14years.They have the opportunity to attend Camps(experiencing Kayaking,Horse Riding,Swimming,).and also to go on visits and outings as well as helping them to acheive confidence and build up social skills.

The Trust owns and looks after the Town hall, the Old Cattle Market (OCM), the War Memorial Hall (WMH), the green in front of the Old Museum, four wells and also areas of parking within the town. The trustees hold these places for ' the the good of Camelford and its people'. The OCM is leased to facilitate a skate park and a Scout hut to support the youth in the area.

Provide sports and social facilities for disabled members of the Medway Towns and surrounding areas.

Provision of hall for the Low Furness Community (and surrounding areas) for recreational use

An organisation which fundraises to enable the village of Stoke Ferry to maintain a playing field. The playing field has equipment for children and a football pitch. Currently looking to fund raise for new equipment and a pavillion.

RECREATION SPACE

Public concerts and private engagements. Brass Band Contests & Competitions. Club Entertainment, Weddings, Fetes, Garden Parties, Marches and Displays. Brass Band Music Tuition.

Social events and licensed bar to raise money for local groups (sport etc).

Scouting with boys and girls up to the ages of 16, camping, badgework, outdoor activities such as kayaking etc

The charity runs and maintains Sandhurst Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Sandhurst and the surrounding areas. The hall is used for meetings, lectures, classes, parties and other recreational events.

To provide a venue for recreation, social, moral and intellectual development for the whole community of the villages of Morland, Newby and Sleagill and their immediate vicinity.

Village community hall available to all residents within the Parish, regardless of political, religious or ethnic background, for use for meetings and educational and recreational purposes with the object of improving the quality of life in the community

Provision of Village Hall and Recreational Activities for residents of Barkestone-le-Vale

The Village Hall is the focal point of village life providing facilities for the use of recreational, charitable and educational activities.

Playgroup, 5 days a week. Yoga and dance classes once a week. Art class, once a month. Parish Council meetings. Social Events run by Village organisations including the Village Hall Management Committee.

Provide facilities for various activities (learning, creative and exercise) for children, adults, the elderly e.g. nursery school, folk dance, table tennis, garden club, occasional bee keeping classes and social events for the whole community.

Provides buildings/facilities/open space for Sport/recreation

PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE CARE, EDUCATION, RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE CHILDREN AND YOUTH OF THE PARISH OF CARLTON-LE-MOORLAND WITH THE OBJECT OF FURTHERING THEIR DEVELOPMENT THROUGH LEARNING, SPORT AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Church Services, Movie Nights, Dance & Music Practices, Quizzes, U3A Music Appreciation, Craft Groups, Exercise Classes, Coffee Mornings, General Meetings

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants in particular, but without limitation, of the Parish of Bridford without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:a) Meetings, lectures and classes, andb) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Our charity runs weekly swimming sessions for our members in Sherborne and Yeovil.In addition to the swimming, there is a strong social element to our charity. We have regular social evenings and fundraising events.
