Our philosophy is to provide a range of support services to enable tenants to maintain and improve their quality of life and independence.

Metro works with anyone experiencing issues related to sexuality, identity, gender & Diversity. We work in the fields of: Sexual & Reproductive health: Mental Health & Wellbeing: HIV Prevention & Support: Youth Services: Community Involvement & Participation. We provide support, advice, advocacy, information, counselling, group work, community development, research, clinical services & resources.

The charity advances the charitable objects of the Trustees of the British Museum and culture, heritage, science, education and the arts for public benefit throughout the world in any manner incidental, conducive to or compatible with the charitable objects of the Trustees of the British Museum. The Charity achieves this object through the award of grants. It is independent of the British Museum.

SCI aims to advance the science of applied chemistry sciences for the public good by: furthering the application of scientific discoveries to the products and processes of industry; providing a forum in which discussions on the opportunities and issues of industry can take place, and publishing journals and books; granting medals, scholarships and other awards; all such other charitable means.

The charity's main objectives for the period were to:1. Grow and develop the infrastructure of the charity; 2. Develop and implement a Fundraising Strategy;3. Develop and implement a Science Strategy and Knowledge Management infrastructure;

The aims of the charity are the furtherance of education and research in the medical, biological and chemical sciences in the University of Oxford, its departments and colleges, the Royal Society and the King Edward VI School Southampton. Its activities are directed at achieving these aims.

TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OF WATER AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. To improve quality of life for those affected by kidney disease by: giving financial support to kidney patients in need; making grants to renal units to improve care by funding staff posts, capital works and equipment/projects; providing advice, information, support and services; campaigning to inform policy and practice at all levels; and supporting multi-professional, patient-centred research.

The Trust is established to promote and provide for the advancement of education of children. Provides national coordination for the WI organisation; advances the education of women and girls in important local and national political and social issues, music, drama and other cultural subjects, agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health and social welfare; promotes sustainable development; advances health and advances citizenship by promoting civic responsibility and volunteering.

Awards grants upon application to organisations in the UK and Japan for UK-Japan related projects in the following fields:- youth & education, science, technology & environment, medicine & health, arts & culture, sport, the humanities, Japanese language and Japanese studies. Awards will only be made to individuals where they can demonstrate their planned activity has an organisation's backing.

Winchester Science Centre is an educational charity with a mission to build science capital for all, particularly children. Through the Science Centre (home to the UK's largest standalone planetarium) and an extensive schools, industry and community outreach/volunteer programme the charity works to spark curiosity and widen access and participation in science, technology, engineering and maths.
