Off the Record exists to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of young people by providing them with a safe space to be themselves. We provide a range of free services including counselling, listening support/coaching, youth participation, advocacy and specialist groups, such as a young parents group, support for care leavers and a LGBT focused youth group.

Information and Advice (including specialist benefits advice and advice for people affected by dementia), Befriending, Day Care Services and a variety of volunteering opportunities.

The Congregation has been active in the area of education and spiritual accompaniment in England for over 100 years. Due to the increasing age of members the charity supports a large number of sisters in their latter years in nursing and care homes. The charity runs Emmaus House (Whitchurch Bristol) a retreat and conference centre offering a variety of workshops retreats and professional training.

A community and healthy living centre providing services in arts & crafts, befriending, complementary therapies, creche, day care, health & exercise, IT & educational classes, leisure activities, information & advice on services for older people, community transport, support advice & health groups, restaurant, volunteering opportunities, walking for health schemes and youth activities.

We provide residential care for people age 18-65 with disabilities who require 24 hour support. This is suitable for people who no longer can live on their own or in supported living, or for people who have been supported by their carer and it has become too difficult for them to continue caring for them. we also offer day care and respite care.

The principal activity of the Company is that of a registered charity (1109843) established to promote and advance the health, achievement and welfare of young people aged over 13 and adults with profound, multiple and severe learning difficulties by the provision of day care facilities.

Carer Support Wiltshire provides free and confidential support, advice, information, training and opportunities to take a break from their caring role for all age unpaid carers in Wiltshire and Dorset regardless of the disability, illness or age of the person being cared for.

The charity supports the work of the Hospice which provides respite and palliative care to patients suffering from all forms of cancer and other non-malignant serious illnesses, who reside in the area of benefit (Andover and its surrounding villages) or have a real and substantial connection with the area of benefit. Mayday Trust provides The PTS Response, person-led, transitional and strengths-based coaching. Returning control to people to shape their own futures. We developed strengths-based, person-led coaching to people experiencing tough times like homelessness or leaving care. We use the learning and values of this approach to help organisations and local area implement practical strengths-based working

PROVISION OF A RESIDENTIAL HOME FOR LOW DEPENDENCY ELDERLY PEOPLE

We are a membership organisation for the Voluntary and Community Sector in Peterborough. Offering members services to include support, information, advice and networking alongside practical help. Our Centre also hosts projects which support carers, volunteering, disability, advocacy and Direct Payments

The charity's aim is to promote the care and relief of the elderly in particular by the provision of a residential home or homes.

1) The main activity of the Trust is running and maintaining a Saiva Hindu Temple for the benefit of the Hindu and other communities. 2) The trust owns a multipurpose community centre called Sivan Centre which is used for weddings, cultural programmes and community activities. 3) The trust owns and maintains an orphanage in Cheddipalayam Batticaloa Sri Lanka. 4) The trust is running a free school

The charity provides a range of support services to unpaid carers. This includes, information & advice, advocacy, targeted support to carers of people with mental health problems and Asian carers. The Centre facilitates a number of support groups for carers including: for carers of those with learning difficulties, Stroke, substance misuse, Asian carers, older people and people with dementia.

APCF is committed to the diminution of all forms of poverty and deprivation in Bangladesh. Our focus is on orphans, primarily in the Laxmipur district of Bangladesh. Our Goals are to build and maintain an Orphanage that will look after all their needs and provide refuge, education and a chance to shine in life.In future we aim to replicate this project around Bangladesh and other parts Asia.

Reuben's Retreat will be a home-from-home for families coping with the serious illness of a child, providing respite breaks and the chance to build happy memories. We already provide support, counselling and well-being for children and young people with a life-limiting or life-threatening illness (medical complexities) and their parents and siblings, and for families bereaved of a precious child.

Music in Hospitals and Care's mission is to improve the quality of life of adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music in hospitals, hospices, care homes, special needs schools and day care centres throughout the UK.
