Dolanog provides care for elderly persons in a residential setting.

The charity operates a hospice called Peace Hospice Care. It provides comprehensive multidisciplinary specialist palliative care without charge and discrimination for the people of Hertfordshire. Services include daycare,inpatient care,home care,family support and spiritual care. Continuing support is provided for family and friends through into bereavement.

The charity provides day centre facilities for up to 100 service users. These facilities are set up to provide life educationexperience and preparation, where appropriate, for employment or volunteering. They are managed to providepractical skills, emotional support and to assist with personal development to enable users to achieve their potential.

Children and Families Across Borders (CFAB - formerly International Social Service UK) is the UK arm of the international ISS network. CFAB works to ensure the identification, care and protection of all children separated across borders - including children in care, unaccompanied children and the victims of trafficking - where possible reuniting them with their families in the UK and overseas.

Provision of information, support and activities for carers in Sheffield.

We support families of children with life-limiting conditions, aged 0-19, from point of diagnosis, through treatment and beyond, by listening and responding to their unmet need.Our holistic model of care provides fully accessible respite breaks for families living in the UK. We also provide outreach support services to families living in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hamps, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

The organisation provides help and support to individuals who live in the local community who have mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism, offering a stimulating and safe environment for all who attend, which in turn provides respite for full time parents and carers.
