A social action centre supporting vulnerable people in crisis. The centre provides day care services for the homeless and people in emergency accommodation including a food bank, clothing/bedding/kitchen appliances, a shower, washing machine and dryer, community cafe, TV lounge and garden.

Day Centre for the older residents of the Wokingham Borough over 50 years of age.

To enable the provision of information, counselling and support to carers within Hampshire.

TTVS is a council for voluntary service, incorporating Torridge Volunteer Centre and providing infrastructure support for the voluntary and community sector/for volunteering. TTVS delivers direct services to the communities of Torridge and North Devon via projects developed in response to unmet need such as services to support carers, young carers and older people.

Play Inclusion Project provides respite to parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities through short breaks activities. The charity delivers youth clubs, weekend clubs and holiday clubs during every school holiday period. We recruit staff and volunteers to meet the individual support needs of the children and young people who attend our activities.

Improving the lives of visually impaired people in Northamptonshire. Activities include provision of Single Persons Accommodation, Talking Newspaper Service, Home Visiting Service, Mobile Sight Centre, Computer Training, Aids & Adaptations.

Provision of sheltered accommodation for the elderly in 39 flats.

The charity operates a day centre for adults with complex physical and learning disabilities within Carlisle. The charity also runs four shops which generate an income from donations that are sold on. The charity receives grant income on behalf of individuals in the community.

Carers Support Merton provides information, advice, respite activities and support for unpaid carers of all ages of friends or relatives who are frail, ill, or have a disability or mental health problem.

Founded in 1963 Fiveways Playcentre follows a lively pre-school curriculum with additional daycare and an After-Schools Club. The centre has generous outdoor play area and is open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday term time, with community based clubs and play schemes at weekends & school holidays. (The Playcentre was formerly known as Fiveways Pre-School Playgroup - Reg No 305178).

The objects of the charity are : The relief of orphans in Pakistan who are in need due to their poverty or financial hardship, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of an orphanage and The relief and assistance of people in any part of the world who are the victims of war or natural disaster, trouble, or catastrophe in particular by the supply of medical aid to such persons.

PROPS North East provides care and support for the Families and Carers of Substance Misusers within North Tyneside and the City of Newcastle upon Tyne. The support provided includes: Complimentary Therapies; Advocacy; Group and One to One Support; Respite Care; Councelling; Training, and Respite in our own caravan

The Charity provides a ministry of hospitality to visitors, retreatants and some vulnerable people, on the main site and at Winson, at no fixed charge. Sisters provide spiritual direction, priestly and pastoral ministry in Oxford and Richmond,London.Gardens are maintained.The Charity is landlord to St John's Care Home, The Friary OFM and Helen & Douglas House, all on the Oxford site.

To provide information, support and advice to people affected by dementia in Barnsley. Services include carer support, befriending, circle dancing, support groups, holidays, day trips, social events, newsletters etc

The Le Personne Trust provides sheltered housing for the benefit of elderly needy women in north Tandridge, Surrey, giving priority to those who are, or have been, long term residents of Caterham or, more exceptionally, for the benefit of those living further away but having family connections to Caterham and the surrounding area.
