Crossroads Care Staffordshire Limited's main aim is to support Carers in their caring role.-This is achieved through the provision of a respite service, usually within the carer's own home, provided by trained Care Support Workers.

Cotswold Friends provides transport, carer respite and befriending services, and lunch clubs to elderly, disabled and isolated residents of the Cotswolds.

The Sussex Snowdrop Trust - Care at Home for local children with life-threatening or terminal illnesses, providing nursing, emotional and financial support for the children and their families

The Charity, Daybreak Oxford, provides Day Clubs where adult members who are living with a dementia can enjoy a safe, caring and stimulating environment with activities suited to their needs. The service is also a respite for carers of our members. They can leave their loved ones with us, knowing they are looked after by trained and experienced staff who help them live well with their dementia.

This Charity administers 67 almshouses at Church Green Off St. Margarets Road Lowestoft. These almshouses are a warden assisted sheltered housing complex for the elderly

The objectives of the Charity are to relieve the stresses experienced by Carers and Beneficiaries ('Carers' means any person or people involved in the provision of care for a person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age. 'Beneficiary' means any person or people who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age.)

We run Irish themed events online and in person, as well as Tea Cake Club's and have the following projects. Advice and Advocacy, Elders Outreach, Carers Support, Volunteers project, Out & About project & Memory Services project.

We provide care and support to people with care needs throughout Worcestershire. In so doing, we also assist family based carers by offering support and respite. In addition, we provide training for our staff and offer this service to benefit the staff of other care providers and charities within Worcestershire.

Ruddi's Retreat is a growing charity that helps families affected by Cancer or life limiting illnesses. We send families on holiday to one of our beautiful caravans situated at the 5 Star caravan park at Primrose Valley.In 2016 Gwennie's Getaways was launched under the Ruddi's Retreat umbrella. Families affected by Dementia can also enjoy a respite break.All applications are welcome.

Be Free Young Carers supports young carers aged 8 to 17 years old, by providing 1 21 emotional support, respite activities, 13 plus Youth Club, bespoke befriending service and offering training in practical skills, all of which helps reduce the anxiety and stress so many young carers experience and increases mental health.

Home-Start Wessex is a family support charity that provides vital care to families at a crucial time in their lives. The support is offered to families with at least one child under 5 through individually designed packages of practical and emotional help lasting for around 6 months. This is either provided with one-to-one support in their own homes or through group support and therapy.

PROVISION OF SHELTERED HOUSING FOR SINGLE LADIES OVER 55 YEARS OLD WITH LIMITED MEANS

Carers Milton Keynes provides support for unpaid carers in Milton Keynes. The support is offered to both adult and young carers through specialist adult carers and young carers teams.The service includes information, telephone advice, carer support groups, therapies, training and young carers clubs and activities.

WE ALSO FUND NON PHARMACEUTICAL RESEARCH AND STUDIES.TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON'S.

To provide the benifit of the inhabitans and in particular the muslim children and young people in UK of advance of muslim faith,advance education facilities. To establish schools to teach children of ethnic minorities, their mother tongue and culture and help them with curriculum education. Support orphanages and prevent poverty.

The Manna Day Centre is open 7 days a week, 51 weeks of the year offering the following services: free food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice and medical care.

The trust was established to relieve conditions of need, hardship or distress of the Christadelphian Community in the British Isles by providing grants. Brixham Does Care is a registered befriending charity founded in 1978, which attempts combat loneliness & isolation. We offer support to people of all ages & client groups in Brixham & surrounding communities. Our offices in Brixham Town Hall are open 10am to 4pm. We provide a home visiting service, day centre, support, help with forms, groups & activities, charity shop and a low cost cafe.

Our Centre is operated from a leased property within the Wigan area of Goose Green.
