Provide community activities and a meeting place for the village, activities include Youth provision, Aged Persons Day Centre, Resident Group Meetings, Toddler Group, Weekly Youth Club, Well Being Group and Warm Hub

1.Encourage Stroke sufferers with their rehabilitation.2. To relieve and support relatives involved in the full time care of the Stroke victim.3. To help, especially those who live alone, to regain sufficient confidence to remain in their own homes.

Provides weekly companionship and activities for elderly residents of Lechlade and associated villages close by. Lunch is provided and occasional trips out. Provision is made for the infirm and disabled. Live entertainment is frequently arranged.

DAY CENTRE

We are a charity in a rural area of Wiltshire. We provide transport to the general public, but mainly the elderly for visits to GP's surgeries, hospitals in three major cities, dentists, vets and residential homes. We also provide a limited service of shopping.

We are currently supporting the work of Way of Hope in Hungary. The aim of the work is to instruct children in Hungary morally, spiritually and socially by introducing them to the Christian faith. Way of Hope work with children in orphanages and mother and children himes and have a summer programme of camps.

Our team of local volunteers provide help and support to the local community. We offer befriending services, transport to appointments, some shopping assistance and a respite sitting service.

Support and representation of Shropshires Foster Carers and the Looked After Children in their care.

We provide a community space for various groups and clubs to hire and practice their own particular activity. We also provide a safe space for the community to come together and socialise in a a wide range of activities and events.

Drop In centre for tea and coffee and socialise

Charity provides Day centre members with activities, outings, hot meal and social interaction to reduce lonliness and isolation in members of the community over 60 years.

This charity was set up to provide resident's of Brockenhurst assistance. We provide lifelines. We donate to local community run groups and organisations. At Christmas we provide vouchers from from a local store to families and personal gifts to the elderly who are now living in care homes. We provide financial assistance to individuals who may need help i.e. purchasing walking aides.

Ynysybwl Community Centre. Used for refreshments, lunches and as a meeting place up to 5 days a week. Weekly Baby Bank and Food Bank. Health & wellbeing sessions such as flu jabs, hearing loss etc. Exercise classes 4 times a week. Monthly Community Council meetings. Meetings for local organisations. Special events eg Christmas, VE Day, Easter, Halloween. Birthday parties.

Providing accommodation for elderly people in the local area at a low rent.

AS THE COHERENT VOLUNTARY MANGEMENT TEAM, THE SAMAJ PROVIDES SUPPORTED FACILITIES AND SERVICES BOTH CULTURALLY AND RELIGIOUSLY TO THE COMMUNITY, AND PROVIDE ACTIVE FACILITIY OF DAY CARE SERVICES FOR OLDER MEMBERS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WARWICKSIRE COUNTY COUNCIL.

Provision of additional comfort or comforts and help for residents at Sandiway Manor residential care home.

The centre is run by a management committee with the purpose to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Spalding and the surrounding area without distraction of political, religious or other opinions, by the advancement of education and the provision of facilities for social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving conditions of life for thesaid inhabitants

The provision of Day Centre facilities for the benefit of the elderly and vulnerable adults of Netheravon and the surrounding villages.
