**IN LIQUIDATION**CARES PROVIDES INFORMATION, ADVICE, HELP AND SUPPORT TO UNPAID FAMILY CARERS IN SANDWELL. WE OFFER INFORMATION & ADVICE, CARER SUPPORT, ADULT GUIDANCE & LIFELONG LEARNING, WORK WITH PRIMARY CARE, CARER CONSULTATION AND EMERGENCY SCHEME.

The charity provides daycare facilities for the elderly and infirm in the North Shropshire area. It includes activities during the day, the option for bathing or showering, much social interaction together with meals during the day. The service is offered at cost price, with no profit margin or management costs, to ensure that it is as widely available as is practical to the beneficiary body.

Provision of day centre services for homeless and vulnerable people including those suffering from addiction.

Care and support of children and families in need including residential accommodation, respite care, oversight of pre-school nursery and holidays, and other community activities, in the context of family and unconditional love.

Bolton Carers Support provides support for local carers over the age of 18 who look after a family member who is elderly, ill or disabled. Support is provided through the following: a carers helpline; information and advice appointments; short breaks; training; benefits advice; newsletter and factsheets. Hidden carers are identified through outreach work and work with GP practices.

We focus our efforts on those living in extreme poverty or disadvantage: street kids, orphans, trafficked kids, marginalized women and families, child slaves and those suffering as a result of devastated environmental conditions or natural disasters. Our partner projects are strategically designed to equip individuals and their communities to turn their lives around.

The charity works with African partners on development programmes in Africa including: supporting the resettlement of children in Uganda from a Children's Home into families; supporting disadvantaged children though primary education in Uganda; supporting rural community groups in Uganda towards self reliance; supporting girls in university education in Ethiopia.

The provision of sheltered housing for residents of Mole Valley District Council. Making grants and paying pensions to those in need in the Leatherhead area.

Public Worship: traditional, contemporary, ecumenical, youth and informal. Family care: baptism, confirmation and marriage preparation; groups for young people; marriage, separation/divorce and bereavement counselling. Outreach: care for the sick, housebound and those in residential homes. Discipleship: prayer ministry, Alpha courses and home study groups. Support to overseas and home missions.

Provision of welfare and day centre facilities, information and advice for elderly and needy people in Dover and surrounding areas.

Abbeyfield An Lac Community (AAC) provides supported housing for persons of Vietnamese or Asian origin who are suffering from the disabilities of old age, or otherwise in need of care. It operates An Lac House, established in Cambridge in 1997, with 10 single en-suite rooms for residents. AAC also runs a free day centre, and organises cultural and religious events for the local community.

Charitable community and outreach activities including dementia clubs, respite club, social pop-in clubs, coffee mornings, special interest groups, carers support groups, befriending, transport, day trips/coach holidays, theatre/events.The services are often provided in collaboration with other third-sector organisations. Potential to take on other community centres/activities in other areas.

To provide short term supportive sheltered housing for single homeless people with particular needs who require some rehabilitation care to enable them eventually to live independently in the wider community.

TO RELIEVE THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY CARERS, OVER THE AGE OF 18 BY: PROVIDING A CONTACT POINT FOR HELP FOR CARERS OVER THE AGE OF 18; IDENTIFYING CARERS WHO STRUGGLE TO COPE IN THEIR CARING ROLE; WORKING WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND CHARITIES TO DEVELOP SERVICES FOR CARERS; OFFERING CARERS A BREAK THROUGH SUPPORT GROUPS; GATHERING AND DISSEMINATING INFORMATION RELEVANT TO CARERS ISSUES;

Knaresborough and Harrogate Community Support Services exists to provide direct services and support for older people and their carers in order that they may remain living as independently as possible in their own homes and enjoying later life . This objective is carried out through the provision of health and social care services both in the community and at Chain Lane Community Anchor.

The company's principal activity during the period was the promotion of health by the provision of facilities to ease the suffering or assist the recovery of people who are ill.

We are a charity for blind and visually impaired adults in North Tyneside. We have a Day centre where people can socialise in a safe, friendly environment. Activities are held for both physical and mental stimulation. We also have 12 residential flats for independent living. We own a property to further our mission of reaching more blind and visually impaired adults this is called Iris.
