We provide social care and support for people in the Stockport area who are suffering and recovering from a range of mental health problems. We offer a range of social, therapeutic, leisure, volunteering and educational activities that take place both inside the centre and in the wider community.

Equal Arts is the Northern Region's arts & older people's agency. We aim to improve the quality of people's lives in the North East by enabling older people to have access to high quality arts projects. We work in res care homes, hospitals, arts venues & other comm venues & contract professional, experienced artists to facilitate each project.

The Children's Respite Trust provides respite for disabled children and support for their families. In doing so, the Trust first makes sure that families receive the state support to which they are entitled through its advocacy service before then arranging support through community based carers or day-care at the Trust's respite Centre.

Deliver services to families living in temporary unsuitable acommodation. We run a drop-in for parents & children, respite playgroup, after school club. Families have access to one to one advice, social work & counselling support, adult groups and classes, cooking & laundry facilities. During school holidays activities are provided for school age children and annual summer programme for families.

Esk Moors Caring aim to relieve the needs of older, sick and disabled residents in our rural area so that they can continue to live in their own homes without the need for moving away into residential care. We provide personal care, home help services, transport, activities, advice and information to people in their own homes to enable independant living.

Our organisation is designed to enhance the well-being of older people living with Dementia by promoting independence and foster social connection. Our day care centre provides dementia specific, person-centred care to meet the needs of the individual person with Dementia in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.

We exist to provide a range of services to support local residents, including legal and welfare rights advice and advocacy, services for young people with special needs, daycare and activities programmes for the elderly, a local newsletter, an environmental project, education advice and advocacy, mobility trike hire, and signposting to nine partner organisations who use our facilities.

Sheltered Housing

Glamis Hall for All provides a community centre and an affordable day centre for people over 50 living in the area who otherwise would be socially isolated or whose carers are in need of respite.We also host a youth club, youth theatre, dance groups, exercise groups, church and an eco group. Regular public events are held throughout the year and our function room is available to hire .

Forget-me-not Chorus supports those living with and alongside dementia through the power of song. Inclusive singing sessions in community, care home, hospital and online settings empower participants to use their creative voice: stimulating pride, improving wellbeing and challenging stigma. FMNC began in South Wales in 2011 but has now expanded its musical community across Wales and the UK.

We visit and provide help for orphanages, community development projects, schools, further education, Bible colleges and pastors.

The relief of those in need in particular young mothers (and expectant mothers) through the management of safe and secure accommodation for their benefit with the aim to ensure and develop their good health and wellbeing (of both mother and their babies) and life skills including through education, training, employment, self care and home care in the Tamworth area of Staffordshire.

TALBOT HOUSE IS A SUPPORT SERVICE FOR PARENT/CARERS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES WHO LIVE IN THE MANCHESTER AREA. WE OFFER; EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, CONSULTING WITH CARERS TO SHAPE SERVICES, ACCESS TO TRAINING FOR CARERS, INFORMATION ABOUT MONEY AND BENEFITS, BREAKS FOR CARERS AND ADVOCACY. WE ALSO HAVE A PAMPER SERVICE INCLUDING A NAIL SERVICE, REIKI, REFLEXOLOGY, MASSAGE AND BEAUTY.

To promote the care, wellbeing and assistance of people with mental and physical disabilities, that they may enjoy a good quality of life in dignity with the aim of reaching their full potential.

The primary aim of the trust is to provide shelter, warmth, food and sanctuary to sick, ill treated and abused animals that have been subjected to factory farming or sport. It will also provide holistic respite to people with disabilities who may find it difficult to access mainstream facilities. it also aims to educate people in these issues and the importance of animal health and healthy eating.

An Almshouse charity offering general sheltered housing for the elderly (aged 60 and over). The accommodation comprises 35 self-contained flats with on-site warden based on one site in central Hull, East Yorkshire.

We offer care and support to children with a disability or special needs, and their families, to enhance quality of life and a sense of belonging. We provide play and social opportunities and respite to families through our play days and summer play schemes, as well as giving advice, advocacy and signposting through our family support service.

The National Association of Virtual School Heads exists to improve educational outcomes for care experienced children by working with partners and commissioning research to ensure that the educational needs of looked after children are better understood.

To support young people in care, leaving care, adult care leavers, those in kinship care and carers. We do this by providing activities, workshops, advice and guidance that promote positive life choices and positive independent living skills.
