NYAS is a socio-legal charity providing advice, advocacy, information and legal advice to children, young people and vulnerable adults. NYAS also provides Independent Visitors who befriend children in care, and we undertake Regulation 44 visits of children homes. Under Rule 16.4 of the Family Proceedings Act we represent children and young people in private law family proceedings.

Claire House helps seriously and terminally ill babies, children and young adults in Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. It provides end of life care, emergency respite, hospital support and day care, in addition to short breaks for children with complex needs. It also provides counselling, therapy and bereavement support for the whole family, while a child is living and after they die.

Field Lane supports highly vulnerable people to live as independently as possible; people with learning and other disabilities, families in crisis through homelessness and older people. Services of nursing care,domiciliary support and supported housing are available in London and the wider Southeast. Consultancy, back office and management support are offered for other charities in England.

Azure operates Supported Businesses to provide salaried jobs and training for disabled people. It assists individuals in supported employment in organisations across the region. Personal development whether or not linked to qualifications or job outcomes is a key goal. We are committed to enabling disabled people to live as independently as possible. Community access support is also provided.

Hospice services providing specialist palliative care across home, day centre, outpatient and inpatient settings comprising multi-disciplinary medical, nursing, pre and post bereavement counselling and family support, spiritual care and benefit advice.

Provision of specialist palliative care to adults and their families, principally in the north, south, and west of Dorset. The charity has locally based community nurses who visit patients at home, a twelve bed Inpatient Unit in Dorchester, and a hospice at home service, as well as a range of support including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and wellbeing services for patients and loved ones,

Birmingham Mind provides high quality, user led services for people who experience mental health distress. Our services include Residential Care, Supported Housing, Support in the individual's own home, Day Service provision and other specialist community services.

The provision across Wiltshire and Swindon of bespoke support and accommodation for adults with learning and other physical disabilities including Residential, Nursing, Supported Living, Respite and Outreach services.

We aim to provide the highest quality of family centred care. We provide a research based, holistic approach to respite & terminal care, symptom control & bereavement support.

Warrington Community Living seeks to support people with learning disabilities, older people and people experiencing mental health issues to lead their lives in a purposeful, healthy and enjoyable way as full and equal members of their local community. We do this through the provision of residential homes and supported living schemes as well as other forms of support in the community.

Freeways provides residential, supported living and day care services for adults with learning disabilities in Bristol, North Somerset, South Glouc and Bath & N East Somerset. Freeways provides a person centred range of activities tailored to meet individual needs. This can be residential accomodation to floating support, day care, in either the local community or at our Leigh Court Centre.

Hospiscare provides a holistic palliative care service to patients with life-limiting illnesses. This includes symptom control, emotional, spiritual and social care. Hospiscare delivers care in the community, e.g. in patients' homes, care homes or community hospitals; in the hospice which has 12 in-patient beds and a daycare facility for up to 60 patients a week; and in the local acute hospital.

Provision of quality domiciliary and day care for people with learning disabilities, enabling them to have, as far as possible, a good quality of life within the community.

Aspire provides care and support to people with a learning disability both at home and in the community and to those living in residential care accommodation. It runs a community hub, an online centre and a social club for adults. Aspire also provides respite support for carers.

The Meath Epilepsy Trust provides fully supported residential care; on and off site day activities; and domiciliary services for people with complex epilepsy usually associated with a learning or physical disability. We also have provision in our constitution to admit people without epilepsy if we believe our service meet their needs.
