Hall for the use of residents and general public for village projects and events, activity groups, parties, dog shows, keep fit, outdoor activities.

Social and leisure Club for anyone over 16 years of age with a learning disability who would benefit from coming to Club. We also have several outings throughout the year. Our activities include dancing, bingo, talent nights, art, snooker, darts, indoor bowls, model horse racing plus special events such as Valentines Dance, New Years Dance and party nights. We operate in the Maidstone area.

To provide financial grants to youth organisations and individuals in the parish of Drayton and the surrounding district. ( Drayton being in the Vale of White Horse District in the County of Oxfordshire )

To promote the breeding and improvement of Welsh Ponies and Cobs for the public benefit and for the benefit of the breed. To promote all sections of the Welsh Stud Book as described in the rules of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society. To organise shows and to award rosettes, prizes and cups. To organise social and fund raising events. To give guidance and advice on the breeding and showing of ponies.

National award scheme (UK) to practically help and encourage people aged 50+ to engage in volunteering and community development, learning activities, the arts, heritage & culture, sports and conservation open to people from all kinds of backgrounds and circumstances, especially those with ongoing health and mobility problems.

Sport, Leisure and Social activities for all ages in our parish, including sports sessions for local Primary School, Pre-school, Adult and Youth football teams; Pigeon Racing Club activities, Informal use: younger children's play area, MUGA, junior football net, fitness trail, dog walking, picnics and other informal activitiesOccasional events, e.g. Annual Village Day, Annual Cake Race Day

We provide a community hub for self-help groups like the AA, and other organisations such as the WI, PC and PCC. We are the local polling station, and have regular hirers: a dog training school, a model railways group, circuit training, band rehearsals, and special events like weddings, birthdays and parties. We charge £6 an hour for locals & regular hirers, and negotiate rates for others.

We give counselling/help by phone, to existing & prospective members. We check dogs for food sensitivities, recommend diets to help the epilepsy and gradually remove food sensitivities, which helps the dogs, thus helping the owners. We attend shows/events to publicise the work of the group. We publish 4 newsletters a year. We receive no funding other than membership subscriptions and donations.

Usually activities involving all sections of the community,i.e. rental for classes such as yoga, dog training, band practices, family parties, games evenings,lectures, fund raising for the hall itself and external needy charities, choral works etc.

Village hall Whiddon Down, Drewsteignton & environs, close Merrymeet junc. A30 16 miles West Exeter. Good car park, used by: Devon Bat Group, phys activity gps, dog training, seniors, wood carving, church & chapel, bereavement, whist drives etc

Leeming Village Hall provides a meeting place for a variety of users. Currently these are: Craft group, Art group, CAST Dog Training, Bedale Band, Pokemon Children's Club, Upholstery classes and many private functions too - parties, disco, charity fairs etc.The Trustees organise a monthly coffee morning for residents of the village to meet and socialise.

For the promotion and wellbeing of the shire horse.

We issue vouchers to enable and encourage people to have their cats neutered, and we help with vet bills when owners are unable to fund full costs of urgent treatment for animals. We help support a network of local people who foster, rescue and home cats.

Provide grants and loans to disbled carriage driving groups. These are to fund the purchase of ponies, harness, carriages and training events.

The Charity is set up to provide facilities for the local community. The Hall is used on a regular basis by local bands, Tae Kwondo, dog obedience and dog craft training. No events are now held by the Committee.

Promote the equine industry in general and the quality breeding of horses in particular.

Hold monthly meetings addressed by speakers on wide variety of historical subjects. Publish annual journal 'Cake and Cock Horse' containing articles of local historical interest. Publish occasional research volumes on local historical subjects. Arrange summer outings to places of local historical interest.

Provide space for members of the local community tocarry out leisure activities.e.g. drama club, dog training club,fundraising events (bingo etc.) sports facilities,parties,use as a polling station

The care and protection of cats and dogs and other animals in the U.K. who are in need of care and attention by reason of their sickness, maltreatment,neglect or poor circumstances.The charity has a specific objective : so far as reasonably practicable no animal shall be destroyed

Providing accomodation for social events, whist drives, judo, dog training and a field for small caravan rallies. Parking is available for ramblers and is often used by pigeon fanciers to release their birds.

We provide space for those who need a large , well maintained space for whatever (legal) activities proposed. It can for meetings, play groups, dog training Gardening club talks, Parish Council,weddings ,Harvest activities and all general village activities.

We continued to provide sanctuaries for the care and protection of cats and kittens and to place unwanted animals with new owners. We also continued to provide financial assistance for veterinary treatment for those who could not afford it.
