Associations Charities That specialise in Girlguiding

The main activities this year have been to enable the Adults and Girls in the Division to experience the Fun, Friendship and Opportunities that GirlGuiding UK's programme has to offer.

Activities for young people run under the auspices of The Scout Association and The Guide Association. The Group currently has six active sections: GUIDING - Rainbows, Brownies, GuidesSCOUTING - Beavers, Cubs, Scouts

To provide a well maintained and comfortable building for scouts, cubs, beavers, guides, brownies and rainbows to meet in. To provide a resource for the community to use to carry out group activities for the benefit of the whole community.

Provision of premises and activities for Guiding purposes

The Gatty Hall functions as the centre of village life for the community of Ecclesfield and the surrounding area. Weekly activities on offer are badminton, ballroom dancing, hand bell ringers, Brownies, Guides, playgroup, toddler & mums group, craft workshop, mothers union, ladies group, line dancing, dancing class, local M.P. monthly surgery and ad hoc bookings. Godinton Village Hall is used for about 16 User Groups ranging from Brownies, Guides,WI to a very successful playgroup

The Scout & Guide Group runs a number of Scout and Guide units for the children of Stockton Brook and the surrounding area. Our activities are normal Scout and Guide activities in association with the rules of the Scout Association and Girlguiding UK

The 1st Bilston Scout Group is one of the oldest in the world we offer activities for Beavers,Cubs and Scouts and also find a home for Rainbows,Brownies,Guides and The Panther Explorer Scout Unit.We offer all sort of Scouting activities indoor and Outdoor and the opportunities to gain new life skills

Scouting & Girlguiding

The Charity was established to allow the people of Roffey, to use the institute. Users are Play Group,Brownies,Indoor Bowls,Badmington,Dance School,Judo and Sunday worship.

Hartwell Community Centre offers residents the opportunity to book the facilities for personal events such as birthday celebrations and other parties. It also offers an ideal location for the various user groups which currently include PreSchool Playgroup, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, WI, Tuesday Circle over 60s club, Hartwell Parish Council & Youth Club

Girlguiding Greater London Kent has over 4,000 members meeting in over 240 units, usually on a weekly basis. As well as weekly meetings, our members take part in external activities, sleepovers, camps and international trips.Through County organised events we encourage our young people to make the most of the outside which includes a partnership with Beckenham rugby, Kent cricket and the RSPB.

Local Girlguiding Division giving girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their community. Manage the day-to-day running of Eastleigh Division Guide Headquarters and fund raising required for this.

We are the umbrella body for Guiding activities in Alcester and the surrounding area (known as Alcester & the Avon Villages). Our activities aim to enable girls and young women to develop their potential and make a difference to the world

PROVIDES A VENUE FOR LOCAL GIRLGUIDING GROUPS TO MEET AND ACTIVITIES TO TAKE PLACE.

Scout & Guide Group consisting of Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts (Scouts) and Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers (Guides). There is currently no Explorer Scout group, but the Scout District has an Explorer Scout group for boys and girls aged over 15

organising events that produce finance to maintain and run the village community centre in Arddleen. The Centre provides a venue for local organistaions such as Brownies, Mothers & Toddlers, Keep Fit Club, Indoor Shortmat Bowls Club, Sequence Dancing, Bingo and other special events. The Centre is also used during term time by the local school A base for the W.I for some thirty years.

Provides a facility to hire for various groups including Boys Brigade, Gardeners, WI, Rainbows, Brownies, birthday parties and other various functions.also provides 3 rooms daily each morning for Harpole Pre-School group.

Springfield Activity Centre residential accommodation for members of Girlguiding. The building also hosts unit meetings, trainings and adult support for Girlguiding's volunteer leaders.

Our volunteers run weekly meetings for girls and young women aged 5-26, and offer a wide range of girl lead activities based on the guidelines and principles of Girlguiding. Membership is open to all, and activities are also offered outside weekly meetings in the form of outings, camps and holidays, all aimed at developing young people in a fun and safe environment.

PROVIDES A VENUE FOR THE PROVISION OF GIRLGUIDING IN MARLOW

The hall is used by a wide range of organisations, from our local community, from the brownies, WI, yoga classes, indoor bowls, ochestra rehersal, C of E use it for meetings, the J Wittness use it twice weekly for services. Its also held for wedding receptions, dinner parties and the like. Our local council use it for elections and meetings.

Girlguiding, as part of a worldwide Movement, enables girls and young women to fulfil their potential to take an active role in society through it's distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteers.

ALL ACTIVITIES INVOLVED WITH RAINBOWS, BROWNIES, GUIDES AND RANGERS IN THE DISTRICT, OUTINGS, ACTIVITY DAYS AND DISTRICT EVENTS, THINKING DAY AND REGION OR DIVISION ACTIVITIES PLUS GUIDER TRAINING DAYS AND GUIDE WEAR PURCHASES

The Association has a number of Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Senior Section units that meet in a local HQ. These units are run by adult volunteers and its HQ by a committee of local interested supporters of the Guide movement and leaders of units. The Association welcomes all to join!!!
