Beavers / Cubs / Scouting activities for young people aged 6 years - 14 years.

Providing facilities for a large range of activities: from Pre-School to Over 50s groups. Including Rainbows and Brownies, Dance Classes Yoga and karate. Music & reading groups. The facilities are also available for hire for children parties and most type of function.

The Aim of the Sea Cadet Corps is to help young people towards responsibleadulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct, using anautical theme based on the customs of the Royal Navy.

Our aim is provide a safe and supportive ervironment to help young people to develop through a variety of activities and new experiences including camping and kayaking..

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of people of Garboldisham and the surrounding areas. This is to include use for recreational, cultural and sporting pursuits, as well as meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of community activities, with the aim of improving the quality of life for all the villagers.The village hall is the central point for the village.

Maintenance and support of Historic Garden with access to public

To provide relief of distressed Mark Master Masons or their dependants. To meet present day needs of freemasons and all connected therewith as well as supporting the masonic principle of helping others and providing assistance and aid of an emergency or charitable nature.

Raise funds through various fundraising activities and by inviting donations, legacies etc. from the general public. Funds are utilised in the provision of amenities and equipment for hospitals and medical centres within our catchment area.

The provision of opportunities for children and young people to learn skills, interact with their peers and develop sound citizenship within the wider community, through the Scouting movement.

To supplement the services provided by the local and national welfare agencies in providing for the health and comfort of the patients and other invalids in the community, by providing facilities, buildings and equipment which may be required for the treatment of members of the local community.

The community hall is let for the purpose of scout and beaver groups weekly meetings, keep fit class, craft class, , fundraising activities - quizzes, socials and private lettings - weddings. Women's Institute twice-monthly meetings. New for 2017:- weekly Zumba class, monthly coffee mornings, weekly W.I. knitting and craft group. Guide dogs for the blind training, Sunday religious group.

PTA Fund raising for Meopham Community Academy

The education of the public by promotion, support, assistance and improvement of the Fleet Air Arm Museum through the activities of a group of Members.

Drayton Grange Community Association is the business name for the management committee that manages Nene Hall.The aim of DGCA is to provide premises at a hire rate that is affordable and attractive to all users, while maintaining and improving the facilty. Regular users:- Nursery; Ballet; Ukulele; Church; St John Ambulance; Romanian classes; Action for Children. SEN Keep-fit

Sports, recreation and outdoor activities

Scout & Guide Group Activities include Camping, Cooking, Crafts, Woodcraft, Entertainment and allother things connected with Scouting & Guiding.

To raise funds for the advancement of the education of pupils of the Raleigh school.

Events including a Christmas Bazaar, a village Duck Race, a Summer Fete and several school discos. For the Duck Race we engage with local businesses who sponsor races and pay for advertising in the programme. Local businesses also provide prizes for raffles and games at the Christmas Bazaar, Duck Race and Summer Fete. Foss is part of the Easyfundraising scheme & participates in Bags for School.
