We fulfil this vision through supported housing for homeless young people in areas of deprivation and healthy living services which promote well being and community learning activities.

Wycliffe Baptist Church aims to promote the Christian faith in east Reading, where its buildings are located, and more widely throughout the UK and internationally. As an integral part of this, it aims to provide resources for the benefit of the community locally through organising a range of appropriate activities and by the provision of facilities for community activities.

To support and assist the Dean & Chapter of St Davids Cathedral in the maintenance of St Davids Cathedral.

The charity publishes material, arranges meetings,tours and conferences, and provides financial help to further its objects, namely the educationof the public concerning Israel and its citizens, the reliefof poor and needy people inIsrael or who are seeking to emigrate to that country, the advancement of education over what the Bible has to say about Israel, the advancement of the Christian faith.

Educational activities for children and young adults to strengthen the connection to their local, national and international communities and identity.

In essence we provide welfare and education services to the Chinese and other ethnic minority communities. We run projects such as elderly luncheon club and elderly carers for people over 60, women and family, youth, mental health to get people people back to the society, and adult education. We operate in the Greater Manchester area

We offer a range of services for all adult carers and the people they care for in and around the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Our facilities at The Stables SE7 provide a hub for carers and those needing support; offering respite, advocacy, emotional support, social activities, information and advice. We work with statutory partners to involve carers in strategic and developmental decisions.

Age UK Bradford District works to value everyone's future, create age friendly communities and put people first. We deliver 4 key functions: Information, Help & Support, Advice & Casework and Community Activities & Groups empowering people to live well as active, engaged and influential members of their communities from bases in 6 Community Hubs across Bradford, Keighley & Shipley.

The objectives of Highcliffe Community Association CIO are to promote recreation and leisure time activities for the inhabitants of Highcliffe and the surrounding area of East Dorset and The New Forest.

Tennis (juniors, seniors, vets, teams, coaching), Crown Green Bowling, Ballet, Whist, Bridge, Indoor Bowls, Table Tennis, Polling Station.

The Charity raises funds by donations received from supporters. The Charity will use the funds raised to promote such charitable purposes and causes in the Islands of St Vincent and the Grenadines as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may determine.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

The Garden Classroom delivers high quality activities in natural environments. Education, recreation and community activities are at the heart of what TGC does. It connects people with nature and with each other, in nature, and cultivates an interest in the natural world. Outdoor learning & recreation in natural environments, countryside projects and camping are at the heart of TGC's service.

Snowdrop Project exists to empower survivors of human trafficking to live lives that are no longer defined by their past and we work to reduce the risk of those vulnerable to this crime.We provide support to survivors through 1:1 caseworking, befriending and community activities to empower survivors to live independently.

The Bowes Park Community Association works to promote activities for the benefit of the people who live, work or have an interest in Bowes Park and the surrounding area. It aims to protect and conserve the physical and natural environment of the area; improve facilities for recreation and provide a range of opportunities for people to meet and participate in a range of leisure activities.

The relief of deaf and hearing impaired persons in Sandwell, West Midlands and surrounding areas.

The Heart of Monmouthshire Ministry Area is an Anglican parish in the Church in Wales Diocese of Monmouth. We provide church and other services in our buildings and community activities in our church halls. We provide pastoral care to the communities which we serve and proclaim the Gospel of Christ.

Community organisation that runs 3 community centres. Services include sports facilities for children, Resource centre and activities for older people, Under 5's activities. Arts activites for children, Holborn Community Cooks,Meeting space for local organisations.

Worship services, study and prayer groups, community activities

To hold and administer for the community the Wadebridge Leisure Centre. To own and control the FOWLC Community interest Company (CIC) that operates and runs the Wadebridge Leisure Centre for the community.

Providing rent free accomodation to a number of community organisations and subsidised rent to others

Our charity is a County Scout Council which operates in the County of Durham and the local authority areas of Gateshead, South Tyneside, Sunderland and Darlington. We are responsible for the governance, delivery and support of Scouting in accordance with the Policy, Organisation and Rules of the Scout Association and we operate and manage an adventurous activity centre outside of Durham.

To promote the better education, training, employment and welfare of blind and partially sighted people and people with sensory disabilities other than visual impairment, and generally watch over and protect the interests of such people and to prevent blindness.Operating throughout Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes; including 12 social clubs, art and craft groups, walking, bowls, and fitness.

HOPE Portsmouth runs various community projects including: Portsmouth Food Bank, Community Circles of Support, ROC Community Mentoring, undertakes various youth and children's activities, as well as Kings Church Sunday services and midweek church community activities.

The Charity's activities are in line with those of the Scout and Guide Associations. It aims to provide facilities for the leisure time occupation of children and young people which will assist them to grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society and so that their conditions of life may be improved in so doing.
