Running a beaver colony, cub pack and scout troop for local children.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. The Wiltshire North District Scout Council supports Explorer Scout Units and the Scout Groups across North Wiltshire to encourage the young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, we support our members by providing the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

The provision of support in the relief of the sick and lonely and the old people resident within the territorial limits of the Rotary Club of Bournemouth and for any other charitable object the selection of the recipients or charitable object to be in the discretion of the members of the Rotary Club of Bournemouth represented in duly constituted Club Council.

To aid and improve the condition of those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and those suffering other symptoms or conditions which may benefit from therapy.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. The Suffolk County Scout Council supports the Scout Districts across Suffolk to encourage the young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week,we support our members by providing the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

Operate (generally) weekly, term-time Scout and Guiding acivity sections for young people. Organise, and where neccessary raise funds for, regular trips, camps and outdoor activities for the section members. Maintain/improve HQ resources, including equipment, with strict regard for health and safety regulations/requirements.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT AND WELFARE OF THOSE LIVING IN BATEMOOR & JORDANTHORPE BY PROVIDING SOCIAL AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES

Provision of adult education classes, family learning courses, clubs, groups, activities for junior, teenage and adult members of the local community together with functions, social events, fund raising and workshops. Partnerships with local authority, education centre, community police, counselling groups, workskill workshops and other community groups.

Scouting activities for young people aged from 6 - 18 years

We are entirely self supporting. Our income comes from membership fees,donations, legacies and proceeds from our gift shop and flower shop.We aim to meet requests for funding received from Hammersmith Hospital, that may not be readily available through the NHS.Our aim is to supply equipment beneficial to patients and staff and to provide facilities for the treatment of patients.

Clevedon YMCA is a small part of the International YMCA federation, an independent charity in Clevedon since 1875. Our mission is to be here for local residents, especially young people, to provide facilities for local people to use and to help those in the most need.

The charity maintains and runs Hornsey Vale Community Centre in London N8. We provide space for hire to local community for regular classes and activities that benefit local people. We also hire space for community projects, parties and events and also run a monthly Lunch Club.

The charity was formed in 1994 to receive donations and legacies in order to give financial assistance with the operation of Ringwood and District Community Association (Charity No 301929) as and when required.

The activities to the charity are: Providing and managing a Community Centre within the Tendring District

To assist the education and advancement of the children of distressed or deceased Freemasons in the province; to assist widows of such Freemasons; to assist old, infirm and distressed Freemasons; to subscribe to recognised Masonic charitable organisations; to donate to non Masonic charities.

Provision of sports , cultural and social activities for the whole community.

To establish, maintain and manage a community centre to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation an leisure time occupation with the object of improving the condition of life for the inhabitants of Ault Hucknall Parish and neighbourhood

The aim of the Association is to promote the development of young people to achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities through various activities.

Education/training.Girlguiding UK enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world.The aim of guiding is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.
