Scout Group

Sports, excercise classes, social activities, local associations, for residents of this village and others. Meeting place for Parish Council, Church Council, WI. Occasional polling station.

To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities in accordance with the aims and guidelines of the scout movement.

Provision of facilities for village activities, local education and organisations who wish to meet there.

Scout Group

To apply both capital and income of the Fund to or for the relief of the poor and needy or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the Rotary Club of Poole Bay shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct

We run a village hall, providing space, both inside and out, for a variety of community activities to serve our rural community.

Scouting in accordance with The Scout Association Training Programme for 6 to 25 year olds and The Scout Association Policy and Rules

Scout and associated groups activities

Scout Group providing activities for the young people of Warsop from the ages of 6 to 14.

We provide Gujarati language classes.We hold cultural activitiesWe hold regular folk dances and music eventsWe celebrate Hindu and other religious festivalsWe have regular sport activities

Hire of hall for local clubs and associations including Young Farmers, WI, Over 60s, Ballet lessons, local cycling club and local functions.

To further the objectives of the WI Movement. "To improve and develop conditions of rural and urban life and to advance the education of women in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and other cultural subjects, and to secure instruction and training in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare".

The income of the charity is applied generally or individually to assist in meeting the charitable aims of Origin Housing Association and to provide assistance to individuals and communities who are in necessitous circumstances.

Fundraising is within our district only. Apart from international charities donations to those operating within our county and where money is for local use. Donations to schools or individuals made to those operating or living locally. Decisions made by club-not by individual officers.

Support of Scouting in East Norfolk under structure within Scout Association.

Providing good quality Scouting for girls and boys aged 6 to 14 years of age through a structured programme of activities to promote good citizenship, self respect and self reliance in acordance with the method and policies of the Scout Association.

Parent, Teachers & Friends Association raising funds to provide equipment and activities for the pupils of Stroud Valley School; organising social activities to bring together parents, staff and pupils.

MAINLY USED BY LOCAL GROUPS WITHIN THE VILLAGE SUCH AS BROWNIES, ART CLASSES, YOGA, AND PILATES. THE VILLAGE HALL HOSTS AN ANNUAL XMAS EVENT FOR THE VILLAGERS

Active in the community supporting the WI and providing facilities for various community activities including Pre-School, WI meetings, Dance classes, Yoga, Martial Arts, Crafting, Wine Talks, Scout Group and community events.

Managing Trustees make grants, at their discretion, to selected TA Units based within the County of Stafford (including those Units in the geographical area of the former County of Stafford) and the Staffordshire Army Cadets Force for such charitable purposes as are calculated to further their miliotary efficiency by improving the facilities and amenities of training and service.

To advance the education of pupils of St John the Evangelist Church School, Clevedon, in particular by,1. developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school2. engaging in activities, providing facilities and equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils

We help young people to achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, as individuals, responsible citizens and members of their local, national and international communities. We do this through an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training based on the Scout promise and Law, guided by adult leadership. Our leaders are all unpaid volunteers.
