Scout Group

The BSA provides additional support to the pupils of Bedelsford School which caters for children with special needs

Scout group providing training for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts - girls and boys over the age range 6-14 years.

The objectives of the Association are to advance the education of the pupils of the School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority (LEA)).

Fundraising activities in support of The Women's Library; attracting Friends by means of social activities.

Sea Scouting and Training for water activities from 6 years to 25 years. We also have Leaders and committee members of all ages.

THE AIM OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRTUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.EG. CUB AND SCOUT CAMPS. BEAVER SLEEPOVERS. VARIOUS CANAL TRIPS. DISTRICT CAMP.CLIMBING, CANOEING, AND MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES.

We are the Friends of Alpington VA School being Parents of children at the school to raise funds for educational purposes for use at the school for the benefit of the children.

We are a Scout Group for young people living in and around Ringmer, East Sussex , including Beavers, Cubs and Scouts covering children over 6 years of age.

SCOUTING ACTIVITIES

Maintenance and any necessary restoration of the Church of St. John The Baptist, Aldbury, Hertfordshire, together with its churchyard.

Make donations to individuals and to organisations for general charitable purposes.

Scout Group

To help young people towards responsible adulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct, using a nautical theme based on the customs of the Royal Navy.

To promote community activities for all age groups & provide a communal meeting place.

Childrens activites: Dancing, Karate, Gymnastics. Out of school club and breakfast club. table tennis clubs and football club.Fish society meetingsParent and Toddler groupsPilates, yoga, adult dancingRooms available for meetings or children's parties. Child Minders Club

The Charity assists with the care and repair of the parish church of Codford St Peter, its fabric, organ and bells providing support in its worship, its music and other needs by raising funds and collecting sums of money. This is achieved through a board of trustees and a Finance sub-committee working closely with the Parochial Church Council.

"To provide, maintain and manage a community centre for the whole of the neighbourhood of Havenstreet and provide facilities ..... with the object of improving conditions for the life of the said community"Managed by a committee cosisting of representatives of regular users and elected residents - currently 19

We operate a Scout group to a part of Loughton and Debden within our own building

We operate Tea Bars in two clinical out patients departments, as a patient service,and a baby trolley. We make Memory Boxes & Angel Pouches for the Bereavement & Family Support group/dept. All profit to general charity purposes ie. Counselling Rooms, facilities, medical equipment & patient comforts & staff support

Raise essential funds to enhance and develope the learning and teaching environment of Lydiard Millicent School

The site is 21 acres of woodland and an inner city farm. The site is used extensively for community activities including youth groups, playschemes, arts workshops and large community events. The farm is a working farm with native and rare breeds of cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry.

Help towards meeting the cost of repairs to St George's Church, Brede .

The objectives of the Group are as a unit of the Scout Association promoting the development of young people in achieving their full physical , intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals and as responsible citizens. Activities include arts and crafts, challenges such as orienteering, educational visits, camps, as well as group activities such as parties and family events

The charity exists to provide resources for school, not supplied by the LEA. It does this by a number of fundraising activities held throughout the year. These all take place at school.
