RAISING FUNDS FOR THE ANCILARY ITEMS TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AT CHARBOROUGH ROAD SCHOOL. THIS IS CARRIED OUT WITH THE SUPPORT OF MANY OF THE LOCAL BUSINESSES IN THE GREATER BRISTOL AREA.

Sea Cadets is different from school. There's a lot of learning, but it's done through activities on and off the water and our volunteers lead by example.It's also different from home, a break from screens and being cooped up inside. Our platform is built on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy, which inspires our work and commitment to supporting young people today.

Donations to selected registered charities in South East England

We raise money for donation to Beverley Minster C of E Primary School by involving pupils, parents and staff in fundraising events. We target donations that will support a variety of educational activities including school trips and equipment and benefits all pupils.

Brownies, Girl Guides and Rangers

Village Hall providing a venue for organised exercise and social activities (including private parties), children's and young peoples' meetings (Brownies), Parish meetings, and as a polling station.

OPEN WEST BLATCHINGTON WINDMILL TO THE PUBLIC ON OPEN DAYS AND SCHOOL AND OTHER PRE-BOOKED GROUPS AT OTHER TIMES. TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN DISPLAYS ON MILLING AND LOCAL HISTORY.TO RAISE MONEY FOR MAINTENANCE AND RESTORATION.

Young Person's scout group

Supporting school activities and purchasing items of equipment.

Upkeep of the fabric of the Church of the Blessed Mary, Boyton, and of its graveyard at Corton.

The Group's Beaver, Cub and Scout sections provide activities based largely on the national Scout Association's programme for each. The Group also ensures a wide variety of outdoor activities with a number of camps in particular for Cubs and Scouts and the latter can participate in a District organised "Dovetrek" event spread over several weekends.

Donations to local, National and International charitable causes. Providing a day out at the Fair for special needs children and adults. Sponsoring young people to pursue educational/humanitarian expeditions.

The group consists of Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and Squirrels. We have a wide variety of children from all walks of life. As well as weekly sessions, we take our children on trips, camping and on many district scout activities.

Raising funds to support the charitable activities of the Rotary Club of Manchester, together with local charitable requests, and to fund the Rotary Club's contributions to the work of Rotary International.

To support the fabric and building of St Catherines Church, Gosfield.

Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school. Fundraising by various means in order to provide facilities or equipment which support the School and advance the education of pupils.

Fund Raising Events in the Community

Members of the world wide Scout Association, activities include camping, training in outdoor activities, hiking, boating, first Aid, partaking in community events, fund raising, International events( Scout Jamborees) exchange with other groups. Scout Bands.

Uniformed youth organisation providing training and adventurous actiivities for young people aged 10 to 17 years. Using a nautical theme based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy.Cadets can gain nationally recognised and accredited qualifications such as Royal Yachting Association, British Canoe Union, BTEC, D of E and much more.
