To help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

We aim to give our members friendship and the chance to meet regularly and spend time together. We offer talks, demonstrations and outings to broaden their knowledge and outlook. We provide the opportunity to be part of the national and county WI community.Our hall is made available for hire to the local community.

Scouting

The provision of activities for young people in accordance with Scout Association guidelines

TO RAISE FUNDS TO IMPROVE THE FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE TO ALL CHILDREN AT THE SCHOOL.

Provides a support base for the Lyme Regis Philpot Museum. Specifically it provides critical financial support;volunteers to man the front desk of the museum (entry fees, shop sales and general advice);upkeep and cleaning tasks. Provides a programme of lectures and other educational activities, open to all. The Museum is an important, independent, educational facility for the region.

WE AIM TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN IN A SUITABLE CONDITION, A VENUE FOR VILLAGE ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES.

To raise extra funding on behalf of the School, providing additional equipment for educational use and play.

Steppingley Village Association is the governing body of Steppingley Village Hall and Steppingley Recreational Association. We organise a variety of social and leisure activities throughout the year for children, youth and adults. We maintain and manage the village hall, village pavilion, recreation ground and the children's play area for the benefit of the village and its neighbourhood.

Cheselbourne Village Hall for the use of members of the village and the village school. Activities in the hall include daily use by the school, Gardens Club, Pre School Group and various social activities including fund raising activities.

Organises events to raise money for St Martins School.Events include Summer and Winter Fairs, School Disco and sponsered events.

The benefit of St. Nicholas' Church Newnham and for the advancement of religion generally and for such other charitable objects and purposes as are connected with St. Nichoas Church aforesaid.

Training and development of young people - Outdoor activities, ie camping abseiling etc., and life skills incorporated in badge work

Local Scout Group incorporating Beaver, Cubs & Scouts

Educational and skills advancement

Provision of assistance to the young and elderly in the area covered by Bodmin Rotary Club through grants and donations and also contributions to the Rotary Foundation Charity.

Promote benefit of the inhabitants of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Peter Stonebroom and the neighbourbood by the advancement of education and the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation.

Scouting.

For the relief of need and poverty or for such other such charitable purposes or objects as the club, in duly constituted meeeting, shall from time to time direct.

Education and learning The Scouting group provides a safe and structured environment to enable youngsters to experience a wide range of activities. These are covered within the badgework programme of the Scout Organisation as well as fund raising, day trips, camping and overseas trips. These are all supervised by fully qualified CRB cleared adults endorsed by The Scout Association.

The village hall is available for hire and is used for meetings, lectures, classes and for other forms of recreation and leisuretime activities including scouts, youth activities, dances, parties and wedding receptions.
