The Charity is established to assist and support the Dean and Chapter of Leicester Cathedral in furthering the religious and charitable work of the Cathedral.

Stevenage Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets offer a range of activities designed to develop the skills and values for success in life, adopting principles, values and training akin to the Royal Navy. Skills such as First Aid, Marine Engineering, Public Service, Fieldcraft, Weapons Handling, Orienteering, DofE, BTEC, STEM proficiency, Water activities such as rowing, kayak, powerboat and paddle

The charity provides minibus transport, complete with drivers, at low cost, along with their replacement, insurance, maintenance etc. 1) To Age Concern Shrops, Telford & Wrekin for their eight day centres in Shrewsbury. 2) To a large number of elderly groups, eg, church groups, MU, WI, stroke club, Shropshire Mind etc etc.

To support the school by holding fund-raising events.

ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL SCOUT GROUPS AND TO PROMOTE TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTURAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES

Provision of training under the auspices of the Royal Navy for young people (male and female) between the ages of 8 and 18 and training for spacialised courses as approved by the RN.

Providing opportunities and training for girls and women within the framework of the Girlguiding programme

We are a umbrella organization providing a meeting place, advice and support, to local people living or working in the Liverpool North Area. We also offer recreational activities for all residents of North Liverpool including childrens playgroups, health & fitness classes, pensioners social evenings, community gymnasium, dance classes and meeting rooms for all local associations

Provide & assist in the provision of facilities for education at the school not normally provided by the LEA.Provide facilities for recreation & leisure with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of Dry Draytron & the neighbourhood.General charitable purposes.Make grants to organisations & act as an umbrella or resource body.

Provides shopping vouchers for over 70's in Hadleigh at christmas. Operates over 60's social club. Organises theatre trips & other coach outings for over 60's.

We are a Women's Institute

The 1st Nazeing Scout Group, which can be traced back to before the 2nd World War, joined together with Nazeing Girl Guiding sections during the 1970+?+?+?s to form the 1st Nazeing Scout and Guide Group. The Group is affiliated to both The Scout Association and Girl Guide Association.The groups have activities in the hut and field trips including camps visits to other groups
