Associations Charities

The 'Friends' exist to promote Youth Music at all levels of ability and attainment and is run by a committee of volunteers who work closely with the West Glamorgan County Music Service. We help to provide financial assistance for ventures in youth music. We also provide practical assistance in the form of stewarding at concerts and organising refreshments at the County Music Centres and Courses.

Masonic Lodge

Provides facilities and amenities for social activities for members of community including Elderly People and other groups

Local branch of the Warwickshire Federation of women's institutes.

We raise money through school and village events and sponsorship to purchase resources for the school and children. Recent fundraising has bought Interactive whiteboards, refreshed the school library and built an outdoor "classroom".

We are a Scout Group which helps children between the age of 6years to 15 years of age to learn about scouting activities. Children learn through this process. There are many activities run by the Group to help broaden our members' horizons.We aim to achieve this by running activities such as weekly meetings, annual camps, earnng badges such as first aid and help in the community

The Spalding Deaf Club meets up one a month to help give the opportunity for deaf people (young and old) in the local and surround areas to come together, socialise and talk about any issues that concern them. Typical activities include fund-raising to provide day-trips out and for any worthy causes related to the deaf world.

WE HELP DEAF AND HEARING-IMPAIRED CHILDREN AND ADULTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND OTHER CARERS, WITH SERVICES AND SUPPPORT FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING, PERSONAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT AND INCLUSION IN THE COMMUNITY.

Promotes the conservation and well being of the community and environment of the village of Brinton, North Norfolk. Supports families of the sick and bereaved. Cares for public spaces of village. Supports human resources caring for local environment.

Organising disco for year 7 pupils and Summer Ball for year 10 pupils and providing financial support to learning managers for various pupil incentive schemes.Fund raising by running various events including: Wine tasting evening, quiz night, murder mystery evening, fashion show

Grants to Quaker women in the London area

Womens Institute recruit new members, enlighten and educate women and provide them with a voice and friendly support. Encourage formation of new WI's to enable women of all backgrounds and ages to achieve their potential.

PTA FOR DODDERHILL SCHOOL RAISING FUNDS

Monies raised from the members of Glantawe Lodge through the year. Distributions then made from these monies, to non-Masonic Charities (including; Feed the Homeless, Deprived Childrens Christmas Party,, and Ty Hafan (childrens hospital, Cardiff).

Education of women.

Income is used to allow the Minister of Church to make payments to deserving members of the Church and organisations which use the Church Facilities, ie Rainbows, Brownies, Boys Brigade, Pensioners Lunch Club

Monthly meeting for women. Lectures of interest and for education. To support matters for the general good of society. We are a local group but part of the National Federal of Women's Institutes.
