Associations Charities

To support members of the former Staffordshire Regiment and members of the present day Mercian Regiment. This support will mainly be in the area of sports and recreation for soldiers and help to families' activities when the soldiers are away from home on operations or training.

The charity exists to maintain St Peter's Church Kingerby, the churchyard and the access routes. Currently are maintenance activities have been arranged directly with or on contract to the churches conservation trust and the local authority. Important church artefacts are displayed at the Lincoln Cathedral Treasury.

Assisting the local hospital by donation,raffles and various fund raising activities.

Currently we hold two main fundraising activities. We hold a Christmas Market. Which is held on school grounds. The second is our summer fete which is run in partnership with Hatherden PCC & PC. So the School receive 50% of the profit and the PCC 40% and the PC 10% We also hold smaller fundraising activities and social event throughout the year. These smaller activities change from year to year.

Social & Benevolent activities and benevolent grants to compliant members within the Province.

1. Benevolence support and donations to compliant brothers of the order (RAOB) and their widows/partners/orphans or other dependants whose partners belong to the minor lodges of the RAOB within the Exeter Province.2. Charitable monetary support to worthy causes in the Exeter Provincial areas as agreed by the trustees and financial officers of the Provincial Grand Lodge (Exeter).

Furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Christ Church Thornton-le-Fylde

The assocaition rasies monies to enhance the eductional enviroment of the children for that which is not covered by the eductional budget.

To provide a comfortable residence for male adults with learning disabilities. Supplying facilities to give a feeling of being able to contribute towards the upkeep of the establishment by their particicpation in horticultural activities, animal husbandry etc. To offer opportunitiedsto take part in local community activities. To develop the resdient's personal skills and awareness.

We try to bring parents/carers together with staff to contribute to the education and wellbeing of pupils at Hampstead School. We do this through:(a) regular meetings and activities like coffee mornings where parents/carers can meet with staff to discuss school issues; (b) supporting school events by selling refreshments; (c) organising social/fundraising events;(d) newsletter/web info

The provision of recreational swimming activities for disabled people to improve their conditions of life, regardless of the severity of their disability or age.To enhance the above by the provision of appropriate social activities and outings.

The maintenance of the fabric of Croydon Parish Church ( Croydon Minster) and supporting the work of the music department.

The Charity manages indoor facilities on behalf of Lewes Town Council for a range of local organisations representing all age groups in the community by means of a hall with a small stage and kitchen, meeting room, sports changing rooms (for outdoor games, principally football for youth teams but also a judo club) and a referee's room.

To provide loans to Scout Groups in Leicester and Leicestershire for building repairs etc

Devon Army Cadet Force which helps train young people in the Devon area.
