The objectives of the group are to follow the aims of the Scout Association to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual , social and spiritual potential.

Scouting activities for young people aged 6 to 16.

Scout Group, providing Recreational and Educational facilities for Children from the ages of 6 to 15

TO PROVIDE SPACE FOR ALL VILLAGE ACTIVITIES

The provision of activities for Scout Groups within the Falkes (Luton) District, along with the provision of practical and administrative support for those Groups.

Relieve patients and former patients of the Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel) who are sick, handicapped or infirm and generally to support the charitable work of the Hospital including related research

Raise funds through social activities in order to provide and assist in the provision of facilitiesto advance the education of the pupils of Castledon School (not normally provided by the Education authority). Castledon School is a school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autisitic spectrum disorders.

The objectives of the group are as a unit of The Scout Association. The Aim of the Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

To help groups and individuals within Calmore and District

Scouting activities.

The presevation and adornment of Beverley Minster and the general mtce of the Minster, its activities and services, its ornaments and furnishings;To make gifts to the Minster which may be acceptable to the PCCTo promote public interest in the Minster its history and its work

The provision of facilities for the community of the village and surrounding areas. Facilities offer educational events from pre-school to the elderly. E.G. slimming, fitness, karate, badminton, football, dance, crafts, WI, AA, music, wellness, floristry, weddings, and parties. Also used for local Parish Council meetings, conferences and public charity events. Facilities disabled/baby friendly.

To provide facilities to local organisations eg badminton-drama, WI T.WG's horticultural society - groups, AA, senior cits, curious arts.

To raise funds to enable the Charity to meet its objectives of providing grants to any Masonic or other charity and to deserving cases in the Province and the local community.

Scouting

Scouting including activities such as camping, hiking, map reading, swimming, theatre production, social development, education craft activities, environmental work.

YOUTH CLUBROOM HIRE FOR BODIES E.G. PARKINSONS, KEEP FIT. ART CLASSES, HITCHIN FRIENDSHIP CENTRE, SCOUTS,SLIMMING WORLD, RUSSIAN BALLET, CHILDREN'S DANCE GROUPS, SALSA DANCING, SURE START CENTRE, BINGO, SEWING GROUP, CHURCH GROUP. CHRISTENING, WEDDING AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES.

To manage and maintain a Community Centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Kings Langley and the neighbourhood

Administer The Beryl Platt Centre, Writtle for the benefit of the inhabitants of Writtle

As per the Purpose, Values and Method of the Scout Association. Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Youth Organisation that provides educational and social activities for Young People with an interest in the countryside and rural activites.

To provide and maintain a community centre and playing field for the inhabitants of Bugbrooke & district.
