The charitable company is registered as a domiciliary care agency with the Care Inspectorate Wales, and employs trained carer support workers who work closely with families who have caring commitments. We deliver home based respite and emotional support specifically to carers and their families, and we also provide weekly and monthly support groups.

Represents youth villages in Israel that offer a haven for under-privileged, deprived and needy immigrant, refugee and native Israeli children.

We operate a Day/Therapy Centre for disabled and older people. They enjoy social interaction, games, exercise, assisted baths and home cooked food. Personal Carers assist when required.We also run Dial-a-Ride & Community Transport enabling users to enjoy independence-enabling visits to doctors, hospitals, friends/family and shopping. We run home-to-school SEN transport.

Just Like Us sends recent LGBT school leavers into schools to give talks and workshops that champion LGBT equality and challenge prejudice. Our national initiative, School Diversity Week, empowers pupils to run events that tackle homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. We also train teachers to support students in establishing Pride Groups, student-led clubs for LGBT students and allies.

Tree of Hope is the fundraising charity that helps children and young people with a disability or illness by supporting their families to raise the money they need to pay for specialist operations, equipment, therapies and services that is not freely available through the UK healthcare system.

To encourage, promote and organise direct services appropriate to the needs of individual or groups of elderly people in and around the City of Norwich by providing information, advice, community and care services irrespective of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, faith, neighbourhood or income to help them as far as possible to live in security, dignity, independence and well-being.

Members of the Community continued to work in hospitals and nursing homes providing medical and nursing support. In the local parish communities the sisters undertake pastoral work, including adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, visiting and administering the Eucharist to the lonely, sick, aged, bereaved and other members of the community. Secret World Wildlife Rescue (SWWR) exists to relieve the suffering of British wildlife, to encourage respect and tolerance for wildlife and to further its conservation. We do this by: Providing a public rescue, rehabilitation and release service for injured, sick and orphaned wildlife; educating the public, delivering conservation projects, disseminating data and delivering professional training.

(a) to support people with learning disabilities and autism to have a voice; (b) to support people with learning disabilities and autism to make more choices and have more control over their lives; and (c) to create more opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Residential Care Home for the Elderly

One Plus One puts research into practice. We investigate what makes relationships work or fall apart and make the findings accessible through publications, web services, training and resources, to everyone interested in strengthening and supporting couple and family relationships.

The charity is a specialist organisation focusing exclusively on issues relating to the abuse of older people. We combine influencing, with the provision of information, and with practical help for older people, care providers and government/other statutory bodies. We provide a helpline and website; media work; training; conferences; membership; project work; and social policy activity.
