Hammersmith & Fulham Youth Zone exists to help and educate young people resident in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and surrounding areas. Providing an inspiring environment and positive activities to spend their leisure time and by promoting their full potential in order that they may grow to maturity as individuals and members of society, and that their conditions in life may improve.

The Youth Zone offers a place to go, something to do and someone to talk to for young people when the schools are closed. There is an affordable cafe and space to chill, as well as sports, arts and enterprise activities and some formal teams and clubs. Young people are clear what the Youth Zone must deliver - an offer that is varied and broad and has something for everyone: a space to be yourself

Runs and maintains a care home for elderly people.

CAAS supports, educates and empowers individuals with ADHD or who are autistic (pre and post-diagnosis), their families, and the wider community. We do this through a range of different services including advice and signposting, specialist courses and training, support groups and individual support. Through raising awareness, we aim to change perceptions and break down barriers.

Care of the elderly by way of and including the provision of care homes

Pets As Therapy facilitates visits by registered volunteers with their temperament assessed dogs and cats to establishments including hospitals, hospices, residential and nursing homes, and day care centres, bringing comfort, companionship and therapy into the lives of thousands of patients and residents. Registered PAT dogs and cats also work with phobic children and stroke patients.

We are the largest local provider of services for people with a learning disability and their family carers in Sheffield. We currently work with over 700 people with a learning disability and their family carers, providing a wide range of activities and support services to enable them to live fair, full and happy lives

Providing support to a wide variety of beneficiaries including nurses, charities involved in animal welfare and research, environmental protection, relief of poverty and youth development.

The provision of community transport in the Lewes area for people who have special needs of such facilities because they are elderly, poor or disabled, people with young children or those living in isolated areas where there are no adequate public transport facilities. The Charity operate 8 school runs. These are combined with 5 Dial a Ride routes and 4 other community bus services.

GMYN is a youth organisation that provides opportunities for young people and supports youth organisations that work within Greater Manchester. Our work with young people has a focus on social action and, in particular, volunteering.Our support for organisations includes providing information relevant to delivering safe and quality activities for young people.

Heartbeat is a Lancashire based charity established in 1978. Our purpose is to contribute to a reduction in cardiovascular disease through the delivery of services aimed at existing heart patients and those identified as at risk of developing it.Heartbeat delivers; clinical testing, rehabilitation, education, advice, support and training to children, young people and adults across Lancashire

Home-Start Portsmouth offers a unique service to parents (with at least one child under school age) through the provision of trained and supervised volunteers who visit families in their own home and through professionally run family groups both of which offer regular, informal support, friendship and practical help.
