Tenterden Day Centre helps elderly, disabled and dementia sufferers to overcome difficulties giving them an opportunity to take part in as many varied activities as possible. Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre has worked on the front line of advice needs for 39 years. We have legal aid contracts in housing, welfare benefits, immigration & asylum and prioritise helping those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged. We give free legal advice and support on a range of housing issues to people in H&F and run the duty possession desk 2 days a week at our local County Court

Refreshing Minds, a user-led youth club, targets vulnerable girls from North London. Our wraparound youth support includes weekend and after-school clubs, social skills/therapy sessions, holiday camps, and an annual pantomime. With continued research on changing needs, Refreshing Minds is determined to bridge the gap and enable challenged youth to become confident, capable contributors to society.

The Youth Engagement Programme works with young people in need, we specialise in supporting young people in work placements and volunteering to enable them to gain valuable skills than can be transferable to other areas of their life and work opportunities. The aim is to support emotional well being and a feeling of usefulness as a contributing member of society

The Charity's activities are in line with those of the Scout and Guide Associations. MensCraft supports the wellbeing of men and boys through a range of activities including support groups, services for those at risk of suicide, social activities and the Caring Dads programme.

We promote & protect the physical & mental health of women who have experienced Postpartum Psychosis & their families, through the provision of peer support & information. We work to advance the education of the public, & particularly health professionals, & promote research; publishing the useful results. We advocate for perinatal mental health services for women & their families.

HOME-START NOTTINGHAM PROVIDES HOME-VISITING SERVICE OFFERING SUPPORT AND FRIENDSHIP TO PARENTS WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS WHERE THEY ARE EXPERIENCING STRESS, ISOLATION AND/OR ILLNESS.VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE PARENTS ARE RECRUITED AND TRAINED BY QUALIFIED AND PAID STAFF BEFORE BEING MATCHED TO FAMILIES. The Trust focusses most of its support on organisations based in Bedfordshire or projects for the benefit of the people of that County. A small number of national charities with a focus on family social issues are also supported. Bowlers provides a safe, secure and stimulating environment for 29 children aged 0-5 years. They participate in a wide variety of play, enabling them to develop the skills needed to become more independent, with a positive self image and an understanding of others. Parents have an active involvement in the running of the nursery which is open 48 weeks of the year, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
