Harpenden Mencap was first formed in 1959 as a parental support group. The organisation has expanded over the years and now provides services for adults with learning disabilities including residential care, supported living, domiciliary care, employment support and social activities.

The charity provides two homes for adults with learning difficulties and aims to promote, encourage and develop their independent living skills.

WE PROVIDE LIFELONG LEARNING AND SUPPORT FOR MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, AUTISM, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES.IN OUR SKILLS TRAINING CENTRE WE PROVIDE ACCREDITED LEARNING AND INFORMAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES DAY CARE SUPPORT. IN OUR RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES, BRACKENLEY AND BRIARDENE, WE SUPPORT 26 PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES.

To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and services for educational, recreational, sporting or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare to the public at large or to any section or sections of the public who may have need of such facilities and services by reasons of their youth, age, infirmity or disability or social and economic circumstances.

To advance the education of the public, in the making of music and related activities particularly children and young people.

Guideposts services are provided in England, mainly in Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Gloucestershire, and focus on improving the health and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and autism, mental health challenges, children and young people, older people including those with dementia and their carers. Delivered via local hubs, community outreach, online and telephone.

The holding of an annual show for the exhibition of livestock, farm & horticultural produce, machinery & other things pertaining to agriculture.The encouragement of rural education & the improvement of agriculture generally through the provision of awards and financial help to students.Raising awareness of agriculture to school children via school visits and the Living Land show.

We have a strategic legal focus, working to ensure refugees seeking asylum have material access to safe and legal routes to protection and a dignified life. We champion refugees' rights to legal safe passage through direct casework, strategic legal work, advocacy, capacity building and community organising to effect systemic change in European refugee policy; with offices in UK, France and Greece

The objectives of the Charity are to provide and maintain a public park, providing an educational facility for those interested in wildlife and plants , and also providing a leisure facility for the general public.The Charity owns land in Berkshire and has developed Beale Park to achieve the above objectives. In addition the Charity's activities include the conservation of animal species.

Merlin's Magic Wand supports children facing challenges of serious illness, disability or adversity. The Charity believes that every child deserves to laugh, enjoy and cherish memorable experiences and its mission is to enable them to access the magic of Merlin Entertainments.

Our core mission is to provide outstanding music education, including instrumental and vocal lessons at school and in one of our Music Centres across Bucks.We also support schools in the delivery of their music curriculum, and work with a range of partners who share a passion for music and its importance for all young people, in all its forms.

The Advocacy Project ensures that London's most vulnerable people have meaningful choice and control over what happens in their lives. We support people living with mental health conditions, eating disorders,learning disabilities, dementia. We work with all age ranges from children and young people, adults and older people. We provide 1:1 advocacy, group advocacy and user involvement/engagement.

To advance the education and training of school children and students, members of Teikyo University, Tokyo , Japan, its schools and other educational institutions administered by it, and to advance the education and training of other persons, in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.

We assist, promote, encourage and facilitate the social, economic and environmental regeneration of the Manor, Castle & Woodthorpe areas of Sheffield-some of the UKÔÇÖs most deprived communities. We deliver health promotion, Early Years childcare, family support services,and community engagement leading to economic and social inclusion. We support community representation, and economic regeneration.

The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit, to advance the development and education of children and young people under the age of 25, providing interventions including artistic activities for the students of CORE Education Trust and partners schools, but not exclusively.

The Multiple Sclerosis Trust is a UK charity for people with MS, their friends, families and carers and for the health and social care professionals who work with them. Our activities include the provision of information and professional education, funding for practical research and campaigning for the improvement of MS services.

Right To Play is a global organisation that uses the transformative power of play - playing sports, playing games - to educate and empower children affected by conflict, poverty and disease. We reach more than one million children in regular weekly activities, and have a direct impact on the development of critical life skills that affect positive and sustainable change.

THE TRUSTEES OF THE ONSIDE FOUNDATION ARE CURRENTLY FOCUSED ON RAISING FUNDS AND AWARDING GRANTS TO FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF STATE OF THE ART YOUTH FACILITIES ACROSS THE UK AND OTHERWISE SUPPORTING THE WORK OF ONSIDE YOUTH ZONES (CHARITY NUMBER 1125893) AND INDIVIDUAL YOUTH ZONE PROJECTS IN THE ONSIDE NETWORK.

The activity of the Charity is to provide employment opportunities and to promote the advancement of education in particular, amongst young people and adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or other special need. By the provision of such training facilities the company will enable such persons to acquire and develop vocational skills which will enhance their employment prospects

Charity based in Northern Warwickshire offering Wellbeing Day Hospice, Hospice at Home, Rapid Response, Lymphoedema and Family Support & Bereavement Services to patients, from Nuneaton, Bedworth, North Warwickshire and surrounding areas, living with life limiting illnesses.

The charity's objectives relate to the provision of safe and supported accommodation to women and childrenexperiencing domestic violence and abuse.

Home-Start HOST provides a range of support to families in Oldham, Stockport, Tameside and Bolton, largely through volunteer home visiting support for families with a wide range of needs. Additional services include parent infant mental health support, infant feeding peer support, speech & language development and support for dads in the perinatal period.
