We are passionate about working with children and young people, helping them to realise their full God-given potential as theyjourney from childhood to adulthood, encouraging them to develop a personal faith in Christ and an effective Christian life of service.

The Barrow Cadbury Trust is an independent charitable foundation, committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalised people in society. The Trust promotes social justice through grant making, research, influencing public opinion and policy and supporting local communities. The Trust has three key programmes of work: Criminal Justice, Migration and Economic Justice.

Our resources are overwhelmingly committed to 'For Baby's Sake', our major and expanding programme to help parents to break the cycle of domestic abuse and give babies the best start in life. Our catalytic philanthropy addresses the root causes of complex problems. We inspire progress in policy and practice by sharing our pioneering learning and resources and through our partnership working.

Through targeted health and well being activities, accommodation, training and education, family work and support and advice services we actively look for opportunities to make a transformable impact on young peoples lives. The Charity provides accommodation and care for the homeless at Mary and Joseph House, Palmerston Street, Ancoats, Manchester under a Management Agreement with Contour Housing Association. The Charity also assists in the operation of a house for homeless young people at 69 Palatine Road, Manchester in conjunction with The De Paul Trust.

Rennie Grove Hospice Care provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts and Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services for patients & families.

To advance the arts and culture for the benefit of the general public by promoting in the UK and internationally modern dance and other art forms including, films and music, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to touring performances and to the work of Akram Khan; andTo advance the education of young people, dance practitioners and the general public in respect of the artistic work

The provision of residential care and accommodation for people with mental health issues and learning difficulties.

The relief of need caused by or connected with old age by exclusively charitable means in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

To advance education by conducting a day school for children of the Roman Catholic religion with or without other Christian or non-Christian children in the spirit and ethos of the Institute of Charity (The Rosminians).To carry on such other charitable works as advance the Rosman Catholic religion.

First Steps (Bath) is a Registered Charity and an accredited Social Enterprise. Our aim is to improve outcomes for young children in areas of need by working alongside their families and other professionals, through our Early Childhood Community Centres at Woodhouse Road, Twerton and at Moorfields Road and our Specialist Early Years Centre, Bath Opportunity Pre School, (BOP), Frome Road, Bath.

The provision of vocational courses, training programmes qualifications and awards to educate people, particularly young people, including those considered to be in financial hardship, in leadership and organisation of sport and physical activity. The delivery of programmes which encourage people to then use those skills in a voluntary capacity to get their communities more active.

The principal activity of the company for the period under review was running the Children's House School on its two sites in Islington providing nursery education for children from the age of 2 to 4 at its Elmore Street building and primary education for children from the age of 4 at the Upper School in King Henry's Walk.

Age UK York offers a range of services and support to older people in the City of York. Pontypridd YMCA is a community building at the heart of Pontypridd town centre. We provide services and activities that enhance individuals health and wellbeing.Working with a number of voluntary, community and public sector organisations we offer youth activities, exercise and fitness, support, education and training.

Age Concern Bromley, (trading name Age UK Bromley & Greenwich) provides a range of services, projects, emotional and practical support to older people, their relatives and carers. It also campaigns on issues that impact the lives of older people in and around the London Borough of Bromley and Royal Borough of Greenwich.

We work at national, regional and local level on behalf of all Gypsies and Travellers regardless of ethnicity, culture or background. Our work is built on three main pillars - Casework, Capacity Building and Campaigning and we work in our own right and with partner organisations towards seeking to eliminate racism and discrimination against Gypsies and Travellers.
