A local amateur operatic society performing stage musicals/operetta, and concerts in aid of local charities.

The advancement of the Christian religion according to Christadelphian beliefs based on the Bible. We have sought to achieve this aim by holding regular religious services, public talks, reading groups and Bible study seminars. We do not seek financial support from the general public. Apart from a small number of voluntary donations, all our funds are raised internally from our own membership.

The objectives of the Henley Symphony Orchestra are to educate the public in the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of concerts and other activities. The orchestra currently gives at least 4 public concerts per academic year and rehearses weekly during term time.

Scouts helps children and young adults reach their full potential by developing skills including teamwork, leadership, initiative, planning, communication, and self-motivation. We are the UK's biggest mixed youth organisation offering 6 to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so we make a positive impact in communities.

The Arts Society Henley (TASH) operates under the umbrella of The Arts Society, promoting awareness of the arts by offering its members and visitors lectures, study days and visits to exhibitions and artistic centres . We reach out to local schools, universities and the community, providing financial grants, workshops, volunteer support and assistance with the preservation of local records.

THE CHARITY PERFORMS EVENTS TO PROMOTE INDIAN ART CULTURE HERITAGE AND EDUCATION AS WELL AS ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION. THE CHARITY HAS AN ANNUAL EVENT OF DURGA PUJA AND OTHER DINNER AND DANCE EVENTS, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ONLY THESE.

The principal activity of the River Thames Society continues to be that of preserving and promoting the beauties and amenities of the River Thames

Art Beyond Belief works to challenge preconceptions, especially with regard to faith, health, diversity and social disadvantage. We aim to empower people to be more self-confident, make better decisions, and take control of their lives and futures. We do this through the development and delivery of innovative and inspirational computer and arts-based projects, and through training.

The charity's beneficial area is in practice worldwide with an emphasis on UK national needs, underdeveloped countries and local needs in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Areas most supported are health, disability, housing, youth and childrens welfare & education and agricultural development as well as Christian work in all these fields and local environmental projects.

The prime objective of the choir is to promote the enjoyment of the Welsh choral tradition through its rehearsals and performances. This involves skills development and enjoyment of singing for members and entertainment for the wider community. In addition, the choir raises money for agreed charities.

Aldryngton PTA was established in 1982 and exists to advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing, and assisting to provide, facilities and resources for education at the school (not normally provided by the local authority). The Committee are the managing trustees and meet twice a term to manage the affairs of the PTA and to discuss and organise fund raising events.

We are an independent evangelical church situated in Reading on the edge of the Dee Park Estate.

Creating Better Futures provides access to education for orphans and vulnerable children in rural communities near Harare and Mutare in Zimbabwe. Creating Better Futures have also previously provided basic nutritional meals daily to over 3,000 children via three Primary School feeding programmes, as well as initiating projects that benefit the children, schools and/or local community.
