We raise money to help worth while causes within our village- such as this year we donated towards Rolleston St. Mary's Church.

Service users include- young farmers, the lerdel, merched y wawr, church and chapel fund raising events, remembrance service, funeral teas, healthy living exercise, choir practises etc.

Bury St Edmunds Young Farmers Club is part of a national organisation of about 20,000 members. The club provides young people with new experiences and opportunities. These include personal development and training opportunities that enable members to learn new skills, take part in competitions, get involved with the local community, have a voice on rural issues, and enjoy a dynamic social life.

To protect & enhance the character of the Kentish Wealden towns, villages & countryside, to safeguard the amenities of the Weald of Kent.

The Midhurst Society aims to preserve, protect and improve local features of historic or community interest. It promotes high standards of planning and architecture. In liaison with public authorities, it seeks to enhance the local environment and amenities. Above all, we strive to make Midhurst a better place to live, work and enjoy.

We run a village hall, providing space, both inside and out, for a variety of community activities to serve our rural community.

Hire of hall for local clubs and associations including Young Farmers, WI, Over 60s, Ballet lessons, local cycling club and local functions.

To further the objectives of the WI Movement. "To improve and develop conditions of rural and urban life and to advance the education of women in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and other cultural subjects, and to secure instruction and training in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare".

Active in the community supporting the WI and providing facilities for various community activities including Pre-School, WI meetings, Dance classes, Yoga, Martial Arts, Crafting, Wine Talks, Scout Group and community events.

To promote and encourage the following objects:- 1) To encourage high standards in architecture & planning. 2) To stimulate public interest in Clapham and care for its beauty, history and character of the area and its surroundings. 3) To encourage the preservation, protection, development and enhancement of features of historic interest or public amenity in Clapham.

Provision of a village hall for community activities

We support our members by holding an annual weekend conference, a reflective weekend and publishing a journal four times a year. We promote workplace ministry throughout church structures and offer support for reflection on workplace ministry to ordinands. We are in contact with worker priests in Europe and other parts of the world.

Village Hall providing a meeting place for community activities. Used by groups such as W.I., Senior Citizens' Club, Lunch Club, Parish Council, as well as for activities such as dance, karate, yoga and dog training classes, quizzes etc. Facility for social fundraising functions such as dances, fetes, film and quiz nights. For hire as a venue for weddings, parties and similar functions.

Provides a community building and club room for use by local organisations and residents of our rural parish

Weekly Club meetings both educational and social

The charity supports farmers and smallholders to keep Black Welsh Mountain Sheep by providing information, marketing support, promotion materials, maintaining a flock book and an updated website. Information is also available to the general public, research facilities and schools. As a traditional native breed they have a role to play in the conservation of the rural environment.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAFTS, COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS

Chelmsford Civic Society is a member of Civic Voice. The aims of The Chelmsford Civic Society are to stimulate public interest in and appreciation of the history, appearance and character of Chelmsford.

The 18th Bristol Scout Group runs Beaver, Cub and Scout packs for children in Redland and Cotham, urban suburbs in north central Bristol. All three groups are fully subscribed and serve an area of Bristol which has no council supported youth centre or youth workers.

To maintain the Traditional Rural Skills which have made Devon the place it is.

Maintaining the village hall servicing the communities of Lower Quinton, Upper Quinton and Admington; encouraging community activities based on the site; and developing the premise to provide as wide a range of use as possible.
