The purpose of Concern For Life is to provide for the health and welfare of children under the care of St Richard's Hospital in Chichester and we hold a variety of fund raising events to achieve this.

We are all volunteers who record the local news on tape every week for blind persons. We read and record on a Monday evening and our listeners receive a tape the next day. We also send out a magazine on tape 4 times a year.

We provide deaf children and their families with opportunities to come together and socialise by activities such as parties, pantomime tickets and visits to places of interest. We also provide much needed equipment such as vibrating alarms clocks, flash doors bells, minicoms etc.

Weekly recording of local news for the blind and partially sighted. Occasional audio magazine also produced.

The Woodhatch Community Association supports The Woodhatch Centre which is open for the Active Elderly, 50 plus group Monday-Friday 9.30am-4pm. There are activities daily which include Healthy Living events, craft, bingo, dominoes, tea dances, bowls, table tennis, outings and holidays. It's a drop in centre for the whole community for refreshments or room hire for a private function.

Makes grants or loans to persons resident in the parishes of Fittleworh and Stopham, Bedham in the parish of Wisborough Green, Coldwaltham and Watersfield in the parish of Coldwaltham and Egdean in the parish of Petworth who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm. The purpose of the grants or loans is typically to assist with travelling expenses to hospital, help in the home etc.

To provide the residents of Dunmow with a friendship group so that they can spend time in the company of others. We meet for a social evening of games and live entertainment to provide physical and social recreation for our residents, promoting good mental health wellbeing and minimise risk of social isolation.

The Provision of local news in audible form for the use of those who find reading difficult due to eyesight problems.

We support the needs of people suffering from mental health problems

to provide health and wellbeing through excercise and play for children and adults of all ages regardless of race, sex or religion.

The purpose of the Fund is to make an annual award to mark outstanding contributions to paediatric surgery and furthering study and research into diseases affecting children.

To be used in any way the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit for the Worcester centre of the organisation known as ?the Samaritans".

The charity has been heavily involved with the side effects of the Crossrail and the Thameslink Schemes at Farringdon Station plus the PFI Construction Scheme at Bart's Hospital.

Valley Park Radio provides a bedside hospital radio service to the patients of the Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, Kent.

Support for patients and users of the Chipping Norton War Memorial Community Hospital and healthcare facilities including maternity unit.

To relieve patients and former patients of the hospital and other invalids in the community who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need of financial assistance and to provide or assist in the provision of amenities in the hospital for patients and staff.

Provides local news and topics via memory sticks to blind and partially sighted within whole St Albans district.

We work with children and young people who have a medical need providing resources, access to sports/recreation and residential visits.

Provides small grants for visually impaired people, who are residents of South Tyneside, to contribute to or pay for specialist goods or services which will improve the quality of their lives.
