To encourage the provision of sign language interpreted performances of the highest quality to ensure that the wide range of cultural experience in the UK is accessible to Deaf people whose first/preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL). Achieve this by links with and support of theatres and other arts venues, producers, theatre interpreters, Deaf presenters and Deaf people/organisations

Relief of the poor. A grant for the benefit of the Parish. Provide a personal alarm. Assist a visit to a family member in hospital. Make Christmas grants to the less well off.

Crown Centre is for Profoundly Deaf people in The London Borough of Hillingdon providing support, advocacy and interpreting, Deaf Club activities and a place to meet and communicate in their own British Sign Language and culture.

Our organization provides relief of poverty through grants and provides services and support for the sick and the elderly. This includes free meals for hospital patients on special diet and rehabilitation of prisoners amongst other charitable activities.

The relief in cases of need of persons resident at Milland, Rake or Borden Wood who are in or are suffering from financial hardship or poverty or those who are sick, convalescent, handicapped or infirm.

We perform concerts mainly at local churches and church halls to allow them to raise money. We also have our own fund raising concerts and part of that money is donated to the local charity's such as Halton Haven Hospice.At our Christmas concert we donated to the charity Zoe's Place Baby Hospice. These performances take place mainly on Merseyside and in Cheshire.

Holding and managing land within the townships of Eaglesfield and Blind Bothel, Cumbria, upon which a primary school is situated, for the benefit of education of children at the school.

Provides radio broadcasts to patients and staff at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex for the purposes of maintaining and raising moral; and to entertain and inform.

Provide recorded media to the blind and partially sighted- including local news.

The trust supports the Aldeburgh Cottage Hospital of Suffolk Area Health Authority.

The objective of the charity is to promote and advance the study and general knowledge of science and medicine and all matters relating to the progress and development of all branches of medicine and surgery within Mid Sussex.

We raise money in the Falmouth and Penryn area for the benefit of patients - currently the advancement of health or saving lives, children and young people, elderlyand old and the general public.

Record and Distribute weekly C.D.s of local News to about 40 blind or sight-impaired residents of the Borough of Newham.

The Charity gives small grants to people in the local community who the trustees consider are in need.

WTN provides listeners in Wellingborough, Rushden, Higham and surrounding villages with weekly local news and magazine on memory sticks. Qualification is inability to read ordinary news-type. Approx.120 Listeners. We also exchange magazine tapes with other TN's in our area (Npton-shire). We have recently changed from cassette tapes to memory sticks. Players are issued free of charge to members.

We are old students of a College of Education. At present we issue cheques to old students in need. We also help needy members in other ways eg visiting them at home or in hospital, sending gifts e.g. flowers.We make an annual donation to Parkside School, College Road, Norwich to assist in the provision of facilities, to advance the children's education, not required to be provided by the LEA.
