OUR ACTIVITIES HELP TO REDUCE LEVELS OF SICKNESS, ANXIETY AND STRESS IN PATIENTS, SERVICES USERS, CARE STAFF AND THE PUBLIC.

The NCS activities focus on recovery and management of psychological problems and life's changes and challenges as presented by individual clients. It provides public benefits to the local communities in Nottinghamshire and East Midlands by supporting individuals and their families with access to safe, caring, affordable professional counselling.

We provide music therapy for people of all ages with additional needs in order to improve their well-being and quality of life. We work with children, young people and adults with disabilities or illness, people with mental health problems and elderly people. We teach children and young people with disabilities to play a musical instrument and perform. We work predominantly in South West London.

The DFN Foundation is a grant-making charity that combines funding and strategic support to initiate positive change across four key areas, disability education, disability employment, myeloma cancer research and conservation

Counselling Plus (previously known as Hastings & Rother Counselling Services) provides counselling (primarily) for local residents on low wages and benefits.

CASSPLUS operates from Magistrates' Courts in Devon and Cornwall. We work primarily, but not exclusively, with defendants, offenders and their families, providing supported sign-posting for a range of issues including accommodation, substance misuse, health/mental health, debt/benefits, criminal justice and family matters.

The charity aims to benefit the public by promoting the prevention of drug misuse and supporting those suffering from or at risk of suffering from drug and alcohol misuse. A range of services are provided including adult, young peoples and aftercare services which address the potential problems related to substance misuse. Training is provided to accredited standards.

The Essex Wynter Charity provides grants or accommodation for beneficiaries, who are past and current employees in need of the Middlesex and UCL Hospitals.

Kol Bonaich supports young people affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, homelessness, suicidal & mental health challenges, including at-risk NEET teens. We provide trauma-informed care, life skills training, employment & volunteering opportunities, social, sport & recreational activities, free nutritious meals, and Shabbat programs to foster resilience and societal integration.

LGBTQ Project provides support, information and advice to all age groups that is relevant to the health and wellbeing needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender and those questioning living in Norfolk and Waveney. Our support services are provided to suit the needs of the individual from face to face appointment, email, LGBTQ drop in groups, phone and social media.

YUAF aims to transform the lives of young people by strengthening their mental well-being, developing confidence, skills, self-esteem and building tools for resilience through urban arts creative activities and mental health educational programmes. We make theatre productions with embedded access at start of the artistic process, employing teams of professional Deaf, disabled & non disabled creatives. We run workshops & training to upskill emerging disabled & non disabled creatives. We explore new methods- human and technological- of pushing the boundaries of creative access, and we share our learning through symposia & events.
