TO PROVIDE A RESIDENTIAL HOME(S) OR COMBINATION(S) OF A RESIDENTIAL HOME AND A NURSING HOME FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE WHO THROUGH INFIRMITY OR FINANCIAL NEEDS ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A HOME THEMSELVES.TO PAY PENSIONS,ANNUITIES OR GRANTS TO ELDERLY PERSONS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE (WHETHER OR NOT RESIDENTS OF THE HOMES) WHO THROUGH INFIRMITY OR FINANCIAL NEED

St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital is the main provider of eye care in the West Bank and Gaza. The Charity's focuses on the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of health, in particular, but not exclusively, by maintenance and development of its centres and the clinical, teaching and research activities connected therewith.

THE CHARITY MAINTAINS AND SUPPORTS DENVILLE HALL AS A RESIDENTIAL, NURSING AND DEMENTIA CARE HOME FOR ELDERLY ACTORS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE THEATRICAL PROFESSION. THE CHARITY SERVES ELDERLY MEMBERS OF A PARTICULAR PROFESSION, ONE WHERE FINANCIAL SECURITY IS, IN MANY CASES, FAR FROM THE NORM. THE AIM OF DENVILLE HALL IS TO ENABLE RESIDENTS TO LIVE WITH DIGNITY AND FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

The Charity's aims are to further the charitable objectives relating to the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and continue to work with the RUH and RNHRD to improve the facilities & services for patients & staff. The main fundraising arm of the Charity, the Forever Friends Appeal, is continuing to fund major campaigns, as well as supporting all wards and departments.

We provide support and care services to help people affected by dementia to live the life they want, in and around North Kent. The services we provide are : Support at Home, The Beacon Day Support, information and guidance, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Medway Hospital Dementia Buddies, Kent Dementia Helpline, and Singing Back the Memories.

The provision of grants, allowances, housing and general advice and support

The Reading Agency works every day towards a world where everyone is reading their way to a better life - from toddlers to children to young adults, prisoners and older people - irrespective of age or economic background. It advocates that reading can tackle life's big challenges, from social mobility to mental health.

THE RELIEF OF POVERTY & UNEMPLOYMENT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION & THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE ECONOMICAL & SOCIAL DISADVANTAGED MEMBER OF SOCIETY, SUCH AS THE MINORITY ETHIC COMMUNITY, MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS, ELDERLY PEOPLE, DISABLED & THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING AND SUPPORT.

Eckling Grange is a leading local provider of Christian care. It has a 60 room Residential and Dementia Care Home for the elderly, providing personal care and accommodation. 20 of the rooms have additional security, providing secure accommodation. It also provides integrated sheltered accommodation in its 54 bungalows, as well as domiciliary, respite and day care services.

The main object is the furthering the teaching of the Buddha in the UK. The Charity's main activity is the development, maintenance and upkeep of two Theravada Buddhist monasteries in the UK. These provide focal points for members of the public to learn or deepen their understanding of Buddhism. Typical activities include meditation classes and retreats, public talks and formal ceremonies.

Centre 33 provides free and confidential services to young people up to the age of 25 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We support and advocate for young people with their mental health and wellbeing, issues with housing, money, sexual health, education, caring responsibilities and more.

SPECIALISED HOUSING PROVIDER FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH ENDURING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS

The preservation and protection of the health of the public in particular by promoting research into the causal mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases with the aim of treating or preventing dementia. The promotion of the relief and treatment of those suffering from dementia and related disorders and the provision of support both for such persons and those caring for them.

Ministry within Social Services teams - Work with Social Services andagencies within the voluntary sector.3. Residential care services for our elderly Sisters at St Euphrasia?s CareHome, Blackley, Manchester.

Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition CIO is part of a worldwide Religious Order originally started in France, this charity is based in England and its aim is to further the knowledge of God's love for humanity; to care for their elderly retired members/sisters; to run a nursing home; social and pastoral work; to support international missionary work; and support English charities.

The principal activity is the relief of persons suffering from Alzheimer's disease, related disorders and other forms of dementia by providing support or subsidising facilities for the care and accommodation of such persons. At present, the Charity is principally engaged in running Vale House, a specialist dementia care facility based in Littlemore, Oxford .

Emmaus Road Community Church operates primarily in Guildford, Surrey, England.An extensive range of youth and children?s work, educational work in local schools, a Family Outreach programme providingpractical support for needy families, pastoral care, marriage preparation and support, debt counselling, evangelism, prayers forsociety and regular public acts of worship.

The charity provides nurses and careworkers for the sick and elderly and also makes grants for health induced crises.

To provide companionship, practical help, advice, information and support for older people within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This includes Practical Support services, Basic Foot care, social prescribing, Information and Advice and support for people living with Dementia and their carers.

Provides independent advocacy; independent mental health advocacy; and independent mental capacity advocacy to adults who meet referral criteria and who live in the counties of Wiltshire (excluding Swindon), Bath and North East Somerset
