The Prospects Trust is all about the people who come through the gates, and our gates are always open. We provide meaningful work experience sessions on an 18 acre organically certified farm near Reach, Cambridge for adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and mental ill health.

BHIVA is the leading UK association representing professionals in HIV care. Since 1995, we have been committed to providing excellent care for people living with and affected by HIV. BHIVA is a national advisory body on all aspects of HIV care and we provide a national platform for HIV care issues. Our representatives contribute to international, national and local committees dealing with HIV care

deafPLUS is a registered medium-sized charity and company limited by guarantee working to encourage integration and equality between deaf/visually impaired and hearing people in all areas of life.

The charity provides a range of support services to unpaid carers. This includes, information & advice, advocacy, targeted support to carers of people with mental health problems and Asian carers. The Centre facilitates a number of support groups for carers including: for carers of those with learning difficulties, Stroke, substance misuse, Asian carers, older people and people with dementia.

Elisha House provides supported living accommodation to 31 males in recovery from substance or alcohol misuse. We work according to the 12 steps recovery programme and five ways to wellbeing. We have a strong community ethos and an extensive timetable. We provide volunteering opportunities in our community gardening project and community cafe. We offer hope that recovery is possible.

To provide support to people living with or recovering from mental ill health in Derbyshire.

Independent School for children who cannot cope in mainstream school due to autism, bullying, anxiety or other related conditions. Teaching is based on the SPELL framework constructed by the National Autistic Society. After a trial period, children can attend part-time and choose which subjects they would like to learn. We are Ofsted registered.

Since 1988 the Centre has delivered a very successful community counselling service in the Dover District and now offers IAPT in Dover, Folkestone and Thanet. We offer an Employee Wellbeing Service throughout the UK for organisations that contract with us, as well as Training and Consultation to organisations. These services help us to continue with our community service.

Suicide&Co aims to support those who have been bereaved from suicide, enabling them to access information and support, including offering grants to those in need to enable access to appropriate counselling and support from professionals. In addition, the organisation aims to raise public awareness to address the stigma associated with suicide and open up the conversation.

Reuben's Retreat will be a home-from-home for families coping with the serious illness of a child, providing respite breaks and the chance to build happy memories. We already provide support, counselling and well-being for children and young people with a life-limiting or life-threatening illness (medical complexities) and their parents and siblings, and for families bereaved of a precious child.

Music in Hospitals and Care's mission is to improve the quality of life of adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music in hospitals, hospices, care homes, special needs schools and day care centres throughout the UK.
