Vibrance provides Supported Living, Registered Care Homes (with and without nursing), Brokerage, Outreach, Community Day Services, Short Breaks and Personal Budget Support i.e. Fundholding, Payroll, Support Planning and PA Registers in 12 local authorities providing services to around 350 people in our directly provided services and a further 1400 in our Self Directed Services

We support the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust at the Royal Free Hospital, Barnet Hospital and Chase Farm Hospital through achieving our four key strategic objectives: Adding value to the patient experience; Helping improve the staff experience; Investing in the physical and technical environment; and Investing on medical research and facilities.

St Margaret's Hospice Care delivers and supports high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness within the community of Somerset. With hospice sites in Yeovil and Taunton, a community team caring for patients in their own homes and a 24-hour advice line, we strive to reach everyone that needs our care and expertise.

Provision of Homelessness prevention advice, Housing and support for young people (16-25), families, and vulnerable adults. Community, Youth and families work including Early Years Provision, Health and Wellbeing facilities, information and computer technology, lettings of rooms and facilities to local groups and agencies. Martlets provides the very best care and support to terminally ill people in Brighton and Hove, and surrounding areas. Most people receive expert care from us in their own homes. Outpatients visit our hospice for pain relief and practical advice, and we also have an 18-bed inpatient unit.

St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group is the main provider of eye care in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza. It is a renowned teaching hospital with medical and nursing training programmes. Research and development are also part of the hospitals' activities.
