The preservation of the historical, architectural, artistic, archaeological, constructional and environmental heritage of the Tees Valley area in the form of buildings, land, artefacts, or other objects (including any building as described in Section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971), of particular beauty or interest.

The study of local history predominantly in the immediate geographical area. Information shared by monthly lectures, quarterly newsletter and museum.

Heritage Tramcar restoration and running of restored vehicles within Heaton Park in Manchester, run solely by volunteers. Maintaining heritage tramway infrastructure and undertaking restoration works on tramcars originally built from 1880 onwards.

The restoration of the Willis Organ and the re-housing of the same in the Alexandra Palace or any public building erected on or at the site of the palace. The promotion of organ recitals and associated educational activities on the Alexandra Palace organ.

Supplies financial support for ex-service and serving soldiers of the Regiment. Assists with maintenance of Regimental Museum.

Raising funds for the upkeep and restoration of the building of St. Mary's Church, Queniborough

Raise funding to improve the fabric,fittings and furniture of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of East Anglia (The Cathedral) and to promote public interest in the Cathedral and it's history, and to unite in a common fellowship all interested in the Cathedral.

Objects: the preservation of the fabric of Christ Church, Streatham and the maintenance of the Church, the buildings used in connection therewith, the ornaments and furnishings thereof and the services held therein.

The main aims of the Museum are:to create a safe haven for any artefacts, documents, and oral history relating to Sohoto ensure that these items are recorded in a professional mannerto create a database and locations guide for the whole collectionto develop the website.

M.A.S. is a local history society that presents a series of lectures, outings and an annual exhibitiion.It is also actively trying to establish a local museum/heritage centre based on The Society's own collection.

Objectives are the improvement, restoration, repair and upkeep of the fabric of Shoreham Church, its contents, its churchyard and its boundary gates and fences.

The Charity owns a number of paintings, books, postcards and antique items of historical interest which all have a direct link with the Borough of Runnymede. Items are regularly displayed in the Chertsey Museum with the Literary items being stored at Royal Holloway College. The Charity looks to maintain and add to the Collections on a regular basis.

The society is a county record society that publishes editions of archival texts relating to the historic county of Surrey (including much of South London), to further education and scholarship, and to make historical sources more widely available.

Grant making to fund the advancement of Christianity through all charitable means, including the improvement, restoration and repair of church buildings.

Promotion of research into the postal systems of the world past and present with particular application to their stamps[and the method of producing and printing those stamps and their postal history] and the publication of the useful results of such research and to advance public education in philately and postal history and to support the work of other registered charities in a similar field.

Income towards the upkeep maintenance and repair of Aldingbourne Community Centre

The society seeks to further knowledge regarding local architectural and archaeological heritage, by promoting relevant lectures and visits. In addition it provides advice and limited financial assistance for architectural conservation and archaeological exploration. Grants towards the publication of architectural and archaeological papers may be made.

The principal activity of the society is the transcribing, printing and publishing of the heraldic visitations of counties, parish registers or any manuscripts relating to genealogy, family history and heraldry.
